I gotta say, this is the first Let's Play I watched from Brad and his channel has only gotten more amazing in these last four years.

Haven't watched to many of his old series so as I watch games that I've missed I can't get over how different his voice sounds from his recent videos! Its so weird

Wow I just started this series and I can already see what I'm in for. I'm gonna be like "no Brad you missed that manuscript page" or "Brad you missed that coffee cup" or "no Brad you missed that entire FUCKING box filled with ammo, batteries, and flares that you really FUCKING desperately!" Hey Brad, I'm not much of a 'comment' person on other people's videos etc.. But I was watching your resident evil game play recently (I find it much easier to watch you play as I am too scared to play these games myself, yet I'm too curious!) I started thinking when it was I started following you, turns out it was this Alan Wake video all the way back when I was at university. I was into my pc games but not really into x box, yet my boyfriend at the time did have the x box 360 and I decided to buy him a game and decided to do my research through youtube. I came across your channel and instantly was hooked to your commentaries and haven't really turned back since. I must have bought around 10 games after having watched you do a teaser or walkthrough on a game and now I am an avid game player whether it's pc, xbox, playstation whatever. I even work for a technology company for the creative industries in central london I love it that much. Want to say a huge thank you, I knew I loved gaming but you have opened up a few doors in terms of new games and technology and it's so much easier watching you play a scary game that I am too wussy to play myself. Hope to see you in the UK at some point!
Man, this game was such a pivotal experience in game story telling. It's hard to believe it was 7 years back i can pictures parts of the game so clearly, sends my teenage years flooding back haha

Oh God. The nostalgia. I remember playing this on xbox 360 when I was like 8 years old with my uncle. He's the one who got me into gaming. As I got older I forgot about this game but had a few memories of it. I couldn't remember the name of this game to save my life so I had to search up "xbox 360 game, wife scared of the dark" 🤣 because the only memory I could remember is that Alan's wife, Alice, has nyctophobia.
Wish they would expand this series, maybe a movie too. Seriously gave me chills while playing.
Alan Wake TV series is in the the work, Sam Lake is writing and the maker of Cloak & Dagger will produce it.
