You’ve probably seen a stream highlight video on here where I go over this, and the reason why this video happened is because I wanted to do a more FORMAL breakdown of the furry arc. I wasn’t happy with what I had put out for the older video, so I wanted to in a sense remake it today! So I hope you all enjoy it and the new video style I’ll be trying on here

Let's be honest here: It's pretty obvious the person running that twitter account was likely a furry even if on a lower level before they got a hold of the account. And odds are even if Lucky existed before that point, they went all the way to basically make it a fursona without making it obvious.

People are slowly but surely respecting the furry community and I love the way things are going
Its probably cause people realize most of the stuff they use daily is maintained and even made by furries like there internet providers servers or pretty much every single corporate entity/restaurant is probably being managed by a furry, But this streak of grace for the fandom will eventually end when another creep/weirdo gets exposed and it starts all over again

@@desuretard8654 Depends on the people its most likely gonna be far right religious fanatics or kids that stumbled upon old subreddits from back during the cringe culture ERA of youtube and they recycle insults over and over again thats why you always see like 1000+ "fatherless" comments then you click on those supposed "anti furry" profiles and they have playlists of pokemane clips or gacha compilations or some other sigma male garbage alongside SS marching music

i wanna note that they said the vrchat model was gonna be fluffy, and if you look at the screenshot of them inside vrchat, that definitely looks like a fluffy model and not scaly.
Any brand manager that is self aware and interacts with their community instantly gets my money. It being furry related just makes me want to spend more money.

Honestly, they (any company) that responds on social media needs to realize it is not normal advertising it is shitpost advertising. Wendy's understands and does very well, they will insult their competitors directly, they will make fun of their own company but they do not treat it like normal ad space and it works.
Because they understand how the Internet works and you gotta respect that tbh

But for real, the person behind the MSI account is extremely nice and also just randomly joined me one day when I was on VRC, no invite at all. I talked with them for a couple of hours (or at least thats how it felt like) and I can only say good things about them with my own experience!

the thing I will always love about this arc was that when I covered it nearly a year ago in a video I ACTUALLY got a comment FROM THE RUclips and I was just jaw on the floor. I don't have a big following but I was like "THEY SAW IT?!?!"
I'd just like to take a moment to point out how much work and attention goes into continually updating the decorations and blanket patterns in Beta's background to keep videos seasonally themed
If MSI changed their logo to a fluffy dragon, my PC would have 80% more MSI parts in my PC.

Even my computer now is MSI and i got two 3D printed fidget dragons (one purple, and one blue and green that came with an egg). Now after seeing this i like to imagine lucky is a little caretaker to my two little baby dragons.

I'm glad they let whoever runs the US MSI Twitter account do this stuff because the actual real MSI is one of the shadiest and scummiest companies out there
I think one of the big reasons it went so well is that MSI acknowledged the porn and such right off the bat. Like, "Yes, it exists, we would prefer not to see it, thanks. Send us CUTE things and we'll enjoy it." Because there's a dark urge that a lot of people get to "break the normie", so that signals "I've already been broken". Also probably helps that it was done without much condemnation, there was no "I can't believe you perverts would lewd our dragon!", it was just "Yeah, it's there, oof."
...Also, scaly dragons are best. You want fluffy, get a bunny. Dragons should be sleek and scaly and smooth and perfect for petting. ^_~
(Of course, no shade on bunnies. My "main form" is a hoofbun, a rabbit/horse hybrid with Mini Rex fur for the ultimate softness, but I've also got a dog-sized non-anthro dragon as one of my other main forms. Third's a yinglet, but that's not really that relevant.)

I wouldn't consider myself a furry-at least not to the same degree as most of the artists and participants seen in the video-but I can still appreciate furry art especially when it's done in a style I have a preference for. I'm not sure how to feel about this if it becomes a trend with all brands, but Razer becoming a part of the fun wouldn't surprise me since they've got their Snek as a plushie and have designed him in a "cutesy" style. All of the interactions shown in the video between MSI (USA) and their community (both furry and non-furry) have been really great to see. Personally my favorite pieces/artist styles of those shown in the video are @FarDraws (FarDreamer)'s depiction of Lucky the Dragon and @LuxxArt (LuxxArt)'s drawing of Lucky in their Pokemon x MSI Lucky concept.
~I feel like this may be a bit ironic to say I don't consider myself a furry considering my profile picture, but it's more so that I feel like when people think "furry" they think of those more involved in the community than myself or people who prefer an art style that is a bit less of my preference/taste...
