    my granddaughter and i just for Christmas got the bounty hunter prospector, and the junior bounty hunter. we have ordered the pin pointer and are waiting for it to come in the mail
    today we did our first dig at a park and found a pull tab bottle cap 2 quarters a dime within an hour. the ground was pretty frozen, but was a lot of fun, as we are just starting out in this hobby, we hope to find many treasures too. great video too

      +timothy cort Thanks Timothy. My daughter just received the BH Junior as well. Appears to be a great machine for the young ones. Best of luck and happy hunting.

    I have the same detector and I love it! It picks up deep signals! I have found musket balls, 2 cent piece, rings, silver coins. I keep my disc and send fairly low and have found more things. If you use headphones the batteries last forever!!!!

    Looks like a good easy to use detector . A friend of mine just purchased one because of the finds that I show him . I cant master the complicated machines and prefer simple to use ones .

    I have one exactly like that one. I found a 14 karat gold broach on an old hospital grounds. It belonged to a nurse . It has her name on it it has the snakes with wings wrapped around a stick. I will try to find her and return it to her. That old hospital dates back to the 1920's

      They are under $150 now online...not a terrible deal.

      @@brizzx32 Grab a G2+. Price just dropped to $449. It's a Gold Bug Pro with a backlight - notching - Vbreak - Iron Audio. One of the best machines I've ever used. Can gold prospect...relic hunt...coin shoot. Does everything quite well.

    What position are you setting your sensitivity and discrimination to? Also are you using discrimination, notch or auto notch? I seem to not be able to dial it in very well so any info would help. Thanks!

    • @thehuntergt
      @thehuntergt  8 лет назад +2

      Sensitivity was always up to 100 with it. I personally would run it at 2 oclock position on the discrimination and just coin shoot. The auto notch actually works pretty good on it. Sold it a while back to fund the Land Ranger Pro.

      +TheHunterGT what non BH coils can I use on my LRPr o? uptownhuntingbalto.

    • @thehuntergt
      @thehuntergt  8 лет назад +1

      Hello James....you can use any of the "push in" coils from the Fisher F5 or the Teknetic Alpha/Delta/Gamma....as some of those earlier versions had push in style coil connectors.
      The 5in DD coil from the Fisher F5 that pushes in works perfect with the LRP....I have a review of it in my video section.
