    Thank you for giving me some direction with this deck. I've been procrastinating so hard on this since I already have a Harri deck

    Built this list recently and it's been working very well! I am considering picking up a few extra options in case I want to make some changes, but overall I've been enjoying myself.

      Awesome, glad to hear!

      @@bluetea-tcg After a bit more playtesting and fully understanding how the cards work, I think the only real change I'm considering is replacing 1 Reverse or Doriane with another Venus Luquier.

    • @bluetea-tcg
      @bluetea-tcg  2 года назад +1

      @@JGhostie for sure, if I personally had to choose between the two, I'd cut the Doriane for the Venus Luquier, just if you want to slow down on the cycling to avoid deck out.

      @@bluetea-tcg I haven't had too much issue with deck out, but it is a tough choice. Reverse is really good for the extra marker and power, but I like having more Doriane since it lets me be more aggressive. Though the issue is neither is ideal for a ride target, though Reverse is obviously better.
      One thing I do think is kinda funny with the deck is that I've found myself relying on weird rearguards to attack with, like if I don't see enough Lilian or Linnea. Like it still works, between Reverse/Venus and the Markers, but it is funny beating face with Reverse or Maricica.

      @@JGhostie For sure, Reverse's & Venus's power bonuses put in a lot of work, typically you don't need much as far as individual beatsticks go. Lilian and Linnea have been sufficient in my experience. If you need a bit of a buffer against defensive triggers, don't be afraid to lock 6 by Reverse's skill. +18k to front row units is nothing small!

    If I lock 3 different grades of rearguards. And ride luquier reverse can I put those locked rearguards into soul at the end of turn due to Venus luquier skill?

    • @bluetea-tcg
      @bluetea-tcg  2 года назад

      Yes you can. Unlocking cards on locked circles is one of the first things that happens during the end of turn procedure, by 9.11 in the comprehensive rules. Same idea for Doriane as well.

    This is an interesting list. I also recently built this deck but my list is quite a bit different.

    Issabit cb heavy no?? Considering can’t call back row to lock (?) nicee listt btw✌️would kove to try

    • @bluetea-tcg
      @bluetea-tcg  2 года назад

      It is CB heavy, sadly this has been in issue with V Silver Thorn for a while. But the new cards help out a lot; remember that Maricica calls g2-or-greater's to same column, and Selvia takes care of the other circles that are unfilled. Ana makes sure that we don't run out of counter blasts since the one spent for Venus Luquier is refunded right away.

    Do you have trouble with finding your grade 3s when you need them?

    • @bluetea-tcg
      @bluetea-tcg  2 года назад

      I've gone some games with not finding Doriane very early, but part of that is since I always send her back in the mulligan unless I have Venus Luquier in hand as well. I haven't had trouble getting Venus by g3, nor with getting Luquier Reverse in soul or hand after the first g3 turn.

    Locking 6 would never really be worth it for power though? The power distro of the board is overall worse if you ever do that.
    Locking 3 already turns every A2 into a 14k boost. If anything running either OG V Luquier or Rising Dragon by cutting other stuff is probably the play as far as numbers go b/c then your games don't need to be so protracted.
    Don't think you need 9 g3 either.

    • @bluetea-tcg
      @bluetea-tcg  2 года назад +1

      Locking 6 is a measure against defensive triggers. If they have room to take damage and pull a defensive trigger(s), that will ruin your board. In the case that they are already at 5 damage, indeed locking 6 is unnecessary.
      Regarding OG V Luquier/Rising Dragon, I didn't like the extra copies of a beatstick in my testing. Lilian felt like enough. But it's a fair point regarding protracted games, I like having the defensive flexibility with Doriane alongside Mu/Shayda, but sometimes you can just deck out. I definitely recommend experimenting with the build in the video to see if it suits you.
      Regarding your edit on the g3s, we're trying to re-ride every turn to generate Accels, and there are no g3 searchers, so 9 g3s is a good number to get that consistently. 8 works well too, but I didn't like running 2 of any of the g3s in the build.

    • @lulzvg
      @lulzvg 2 года назад

      @@bluetea-tcg Ah I see yeah makes sense. I like Mu + Shayda as well and you really do have to make the choice between that extra defensive option and being more streamlined.
      I'm still on the fence with Doriane so I only run her at 1 but I get why someone would want to see her more.
      I recognize how good she is but I don't always want/need to activate her? Plus I do run 3 Romy still so I see her a fair bit regardless.
      Definitely have to mess around with the list more.

  • @luifer399

    and why not normal G3 Luquier??

    • @bluetea-tcg
      @bluetea-tcg  2 года назад +1

      No space for her. I think Venus Luquier accomplishes everything that OG V Luquier would, but with fewer CBs, especially with Ana, Maricica, and Selvia. If you start the turn with 1 available CB and you've got OG V Luquier as your Vanguard, you won't be able to fill your field. Whereas, with Venus Luquier, you can fill your whole field, and generate an Accel marker at the end of the turn, while also protecting your rear-guards (this is when you don't want to/can't do Doriane). Venus Luquier also makes better magic numbers. The 22k beatstick idea was one I toyed with for a bit, but I don't think it's what I'm seeking when I call a g3 from soul. Ever since Venus Luquier released I haven't been a fan of OG V Luquier (and especially now that Luquier Reverse exists).
