    Tried this as per your method and measurements ....came out well... Tried athirasam and kai muruku also.... thought that these are all difficult recipes and need experience....but now I am confident that I too can make these recipes ....thank you 😊

    Madam today I ground mavu arisi kept for drying can I use that mavu.yasoda.

      Normally i suggest to use this immediately after grinding. If you want to store, then you can grind it and keep it. But before using it, dry roast it once, in case you are not using immediately.

    Tried as you said ..it was very tasty and crispy for some time..after few hours,the crispness lost and became soft..what could be the reason Mam?

      Thanks for sharing, You could have added bit more water while mixing the flour, which could cause this issue. Add less water while mixing such that you get crispy Thattai.

    For flattening THATTAI, use two thin plastic sheet, 6 inches by 6 inches size, grease with oil, place one ball dough, put on top the second plastic sheet, press THATTAI. It will be easy to remove.

    It is not Uluththa mavu it is ULUNDA mavu. Uluththa means decayed. Pl correct your prounciation in future.

      @@veerabaghuswaminathan3487 kindly don't use urad dal powder from shop, 1tumbler white whole urad dal dry roast in a pan till you get the nice aroma then grind it in Mix and seive it, thanks 😊

      My preference would be, not to store this wet rice flour. Basically using wet rice flour is to get nice flavor and good result.
