Love your Sewing crayon/colored pencil stitchery. Love your turkey and the scarecrow on felt with wool. Those are really lovely. Such wonderful stitchery to see. The crochet bag is beautiful. You both keep your utube video so happy to watch. Some utubers talk about themselves too much. You speak about your stitching and show wonderful works.
I love all of the cute things you both have made! So much fun to see what you have done! Such amazing cross stitch! And I love your quilts blocks with Lori Holt fabric. You know how much I like that too!
I am so glad that someone recommended watching your flosstube because I love it. I do all of the different crafty things that you do except wool work. Quilting is also my favorite. That is probably why I like the Amish pattern but I think that you should do the Kitchen for your Sunday stitching. I look forward to watching you again.
Ahhh yes…you ladies are outstanding!!! So much talent and creativity… i so enjoyed your floss tube video. Thank you for all that you bring for our eyes and minds to marvel ober😎
Thank you for your floss tube. I enjoy the variety that you offer. You are both so talented and not afraid to vary from the pattern. You are doing all the things.!!! It's great you are doing it together!!! So fun. Hopefully you enjoy it as much as we watchig.
Love the Thanksgiving stockings. Both of you needle books and sewing roll are really so nice. I absolutely love the black crow. I love miss Baxter’s house. It is so beautiful. Love the chickens.
Another fabulous flosstube with so much inspiration!!! Loved seeing all the fall/Halloween finishes and your finished WIPs! That squirrel with his magnificent tail is so adorable!!! I vote for the chickens but all three are fabulous patterns! Oh goodness, what a beautiful bee collection you each have!!! Thanks so much and happy stitching!
Cathy and Nancy, loved your video and all your stitching! Love the variety of needlework with your sewing/quilting. Thank you for sharing! P.S....Nancy, your new piece, the last one by Told-In-a- Garden, (Amish)!
I LOVE your channel and all of your wonderful stitching and quilting projects. I am so happy Brenda and Laura mentioned you two to all of us. I love all of the Bee stuff and actually do have the Birds of a Feather Bee Sampler. Hopefully you will still see my comments. if not I will comment again on your floss tube#3. welcome to my stitching quilting world!
Hello Cathy and Nancy. It’s so nice to meet you both!! I love that you are filming at each others craft rooms. I enjoyed all your projects and ideas 💡 that you both shared. -Samantha
Another great video. You two have the most fabulous wips and finishes. Keep up the work . Can't wait to see the next one and have a great couple of weeks and stitch some happiness
I love all the projects you shared! Wish I lived closer to you so I could be more involved in everything you are doing. Love all the projects you shared. Thanks so much!
Hi Cathy and Nancy. I learned about your flosstube on Brenda and Laura’s flosstube this morning. I enjoyed the section on coloring fabric. I had never heard of it. Really enjoyed your video
I love all the various stitching you do. After I am finished with my planned Christmas gift projects, I want to pull out my embroidery. Nancy, your starts you are auditioning for Sunday stitch are all viable options. My vote is for the Grandma’s House as a nod to family. How do you get so much accomplished. I am slow in both the cross stitching I do and quilting. Thanks for showing all your stitching.
Hi ladies, love the projects you've made. There is such a variaty. I found your flosstubechannel by the shoutout from Brenda anf Laura. Thanks also for sharing where to find Brew-Ha-Ha... For now my head is filled with so many idears. Oh... and for the sundaystiches... love to see you start the second or third.
I vote for the quilting themed piece for your next Sunday stitch. I love the giant quilt block in the center. I have been avoiding the Humble Bumble stitcher, but I have a birthday next month. I may do as you did and put her on my gift wish list.
I love your videos so much that I'm going back to the beginning to watch them all chronologically. It just blows me away how multi-talented you both are. I adore seeing such a fabulous mix of projects. And if i could have reached through the screen to snatch that Brenda Gervais mouse on the pumpkin, I would have! I'm sure that's what I spied in the corner of the room in one of your newer videos. ;)
Love your video! So many beautiful pieces…I enjoy all the same crafting, cross stitch ,embroidery, wool, quilting and dolls but love to see the finishing of all your projects…so inspiring, gives me the incentive to get in my sewing room and finish and also find those patterns that I have that I forgot about!😮😊
forgot to say love Kathy Schmidt as well stitched a year's work of stitcheries. You have all the things I love. Can't wait for the next flosstube. Tina in Australia
I vote for kitchen - being Franco-Manitoban - French speaking from Manitoba in Canada. That phrase translates as "Life in the country". I really like the esthetic of the design. Loved all your show and tell. Sorry you had to miss your retreat Nancy.
I loved the variety of projects!! (lol, I think I said the same thing on your first video). Nancy, those are great ways to FFO your older projects and put them into use. Cathy, your squirrel and crow are so cool. Both of your applique projects are beautiful. I did quite a bit crayon & colored-pencil tinting of embroidery projects years ago, including on a t-shirt for my son who was 10yo at the time. He wore the t-shirt regularly and I washed & dried it with our other clothes. My thought was that if the tinting had to be redone due to fading then I could reapply the color easily enough, but I never had to before he outgrew the shirt.
I looked back at all 3 projects all are cute. I vote for grandmas house because who doesn’t love to go to grandmas house on a Sunday for lunch and afternoon. I think you should do the kitchen project as a morning stitch to get your day started before you eat breakfast.
I add my vote to the “Quilting Bee”, the other vote will always be the one closest to a finish…Loved everything you both shared with us…so many beautiful patterns and stitching…the Birthday Bee from England is a suburb example of unusual bee work…looking forward to seeing you next time…Kathy and Nancy…be safe, wishing you all the best and happy stitching ❣️
So excited to see you with a flosstube channel! I have enjoyed the first two! Cathy, we first met at Mountain View Barn during your weekly jam sessions. I was there every Tuesday for dinner and cross stitch while enjoying your music. I first heard about flosstube from you and I have been hooked since then. I've have since relocated to Boise and just discovered Maggie's on Main in Emmett. Congrats on your channel and hoping our paths will cross again sometime. 🙂Jennifer
Hi Jennifer! It’s so good to hear from you!! I hope you are doing great. It’s fun doing a floss tube, they are addicting to watch aren’t they? I hope we run into each other again, too. We can stay in touch in the comments if nothing else! Thanks for watching! Take care! 😍
You guys are just great! Love all your projects. Your quilt blocks are wonderful. So funny the different sizes. Kathy, I was wondering where you got your T-shirt. So cute. Nancy I think that you should work on the Quilting Bee for your Sunday Stitch.
Hi ladies! Another great show and tell! I'm just amazed at what you accomplish! Nancy, my pick would be the quilting bee, but seriously girl...you have enough FO's and FFO's to start a new project! Cathy, your bee collection is wonderful...oh...that British bee doll makes me swoon! We'll be over in your neck of the woods next week to look at houses in Twin and Idaho Falls! In the meantime...happy stitching to you both! Hugs, Candace
HI Candace, are you planning to move to our area? It would be fun to have more stitchers in our area. I agree, with all the finishes I should have a new start but I am staying focused. Big plans for my birthday in December though so stay tuned
@@sewnsews6389 We're thinking about it. We retired to Walla Walla from Everett 13 years ago. It's very isolated here and we think Idaho gives us a lot more things to do within closer proximity. And I now know 2 stitchers there named Nancy and Cathy! Haven't found any here! Plus I'm also a quilter, embroiderer, wool stitcher...all of it! Sounds like a win-win, doesn't it☺️
Thank you ladies for all the eye candy and beautiful finishes. Beautiful stitching. Thank you for sharing. I think you should do Grandma’s house for your Sunday stitching I love it.
Hi just wanted to say that it is great that I have found you both as I love Lori Holt and cross stitch but also that you stitch on Aida cloth because that's what I use. You have it all. Love it
Another great video, ladies! Loved all the projects, especially that cute crow with the pipe cleaners in the tail. That's such a creative way to add some curved feathers by the designer. My vote for Nancy to work on next would be the cute quilt pattern by Little House or Country Cottage (can't recall the designer). I also loved the idea of turning old stitched pieces into needlebooks. I have a couple I might do that with since they were my first stitched pieces and my color palette has changed over time.
Love all your. Starts and oh so many pretty finishes . I love Lori Holt and stitching with wool. Enjoyed this so much. I think you should start Quilting Bee. 😉
Totally enjoyed you finishes on the variety of types of stitching projects. I have been wanting to do felt stitching but haven’t taken the plunge. You have encouraged me to do it. Thanks!❤
