Going from the tension of the tournament and all the off-the-mat drama to the chaos of the melee to the sudden shock of Kwon's death... man. This has been Cobra Kai's most intense episode since the school fight when Miguel was paralyzed. Extremely well done, Brandon; Kwon will be missed. Your performance was *chef's kiss*
This was such a sad moment Kwon became an instant fan favorite and to lose him is heartbreaking. Huge fan of Brandon and will be supporting him in any role he does amazing actor and athlete!
Brandon did a great job for the portrayal of that character. I feel like most fans were anticipating someone to die throughout the series especially after Miguel got kicked off the ledge and the way they shot that made it look like Daniel was about to get stabbed by like sacrificing himself or trying to stop Kwon. When he turns over his dead body, and he just see his lifeless face like you just see the innocent of this child who was taken over by hatred and pride. That was a very intense moment and I think cobra Kai knocked it out of the park with part two
i wish they didnt kill kwon off so quickly, imo he was the best "Villian" for our miagi dos in the whole series. i would have liked to see more of his story
@@xuk_ikylezz2874 I agree because he would've been the Cobra Kai to our Miagi Do, but now it feels like they threw in Axel last minute as a bigger threat (except Silver and Wolf)
@mikaelpersaud5094 Yes, I know, but the actor himself said in an interview that we would see more of his character in part 3 of Cobra Kai. In other words, he lied... That's sad because I like the character Kwon.
“There is so such thing as bad student, only bad teacher” If there’s anyone to blame for Kwon’s death it’s Kreese. He made him angry and vengeful. If he was under the guidance of someone like Daniel, he would still be alive.
@@BobbyJoe24. I watched the season and briefly an interview with Axel's actor who said he was supposed to be the most-feared fighter but he himself had no martial arts background. He is taller/bigger/stronger than Brandon H. Lee, I don't care how conditioned Brandon's muscles are. How strong he is was largely why he was hired. They hired the half-Indian girl for her looks/martial arts skills as a direct contrast to his lack of martial arts.

Kreese having some sort of positive redemption in part 3 could be on the cards, and a proper sending off of his character, we will see. It would definitely conclude the series in a worthy kind of way, in my opinion. As long as it isn't Johnny, god forbid it!
@ Well, we don’t know for sure. As I read from other comments, the blade probably didn’t enter his heart because the heart is slightly to the left of the body, and one can be unconscious with eyes open; and it’s possible that Daniel does that hand technique on Kwon that Mr. Miyagi did on him.
@@galacticdivinity U may be on to something, but the fact that Kreese sharpened the eunjangdo even more made it even more lethal so i think its wraps for kwon
Sad to not see kwon on the last 5 episodes, this might shift to cobra kai joining with miyagi do to get rid of silver and iron dragons. Axel on his villan arc
Kwon shouldn't have died man, he was doing so well as the antagonist. A scene like Daniel doing the pressure points on kwon but mid move axel charges in with anger while kwon mocks him, and then have daniel get stabbed by kwon but not a death blow would've been better . Then have the broadcast show all of that, the old guy who knew what happened in the miyagi sekai match would see the moves Daniel did and be like wait a damn minute ,then he finds Daniel and tells him the story etc.
Hello, I'm from Mexico, your character like Kwon is the strongest I hope you continue in the trees part of cobta kai because I didn't like what happened with the ending you say continue but you are the best in cobra kai
The ending of Cobra Kai Season 6 Part 2 was disappointing. Kwon's death felt disrespectful to a character with so much potential - he could have had his own Cobra Kai spinoff! It would have made more sense if he had unintentionally killed his opponent in the semifinals; this could have been the beginning of his character arc, adding layers of complexity and making him even more interesting for a spinoff. Who else thought that happened? Master Kim will be shocked and rageful. It'll be interesting to see how he handles learning that Kwon died from his own blade, and how he'll deal with Kreese, who gave him the weapon in the first place. Kreese will probably falsely blame Daniel for Kwon's death, forcing Master Kim out of the shadows to confront Daniel. If Master Kim knows anything about Miyagi, this is how Daniel would learn more about the past. If death is what it takes for Master Kim to come out, it should have been someone else, but the fact Kwon was the top student, it would certainly provoke him. The Miyagi mystery seems like the only story left. Kreese and Silver's story is over. Hopefully, the focus on Miyagi's past will give us some answers, maybe with Master Sorano, Master Kim, and Julie Pierce helping explain things. They'll probably spend a lot of time on the Miyagi mystery, maybe setting up a spinoff series. Part 3 will likely have many flashbacks, showing us a young Miyagi. But I think they'll leave some questions unanswered so we want to see a Miyagi show.
@CobraKaiNation Kwon was a bad young man but......he was a good fighter and, to be realistic, when violence happens especially among young people a death could occur!
