    मैं ये बीडीओ देखने से बहुत पहले ही ऐसा अनुभव किया था और अपने कुछ दोस्तों को भी बताया था ,लेकिन स्वास नाक से ली जाए मुँह से नहीं,,,,आज बीडीओ देख कर मुझे बहुत ज्यादा खुशी मिल रही हैं सर जी ,,,मेरा अनुभव सही था,,
    एक चीज और हैं सर जी ,,,यदि किसी के पैर या घुटनो में दर्द रहता हैं और कुछ ही दूर चलने में थकान फील होती हो ,,,तो वो लोग केवल हर सुबह फ्रेश होने के बाद 50 बार उठ बैठ करे तो बहुत फायदेमंद हैं थकान फील होगा ही नही ,,,,लगातार 50 बार नही होता तो 10 या 20 ,,20, कर के कर सकते हैं 50 बार

    Dear sanjeevji, I was using this breathing technique in my daily routine for 2 months and continue , it has enormous impact on mind and body. Mentally feel refreshing with out stress & anxiety, while for body have the required energy to perform through out the day, it has help in weight loss along with proper food habit & sleep ritual.
