    मैं ये बीडीओ देखने से बहुत पहले ही ऐसा अनुभव किया था और अपने कुछ दोस्तों को भी बताया था ,लेकिन स्वास नाक से ली जाए मुँह से नहीं,,,,आज बीडीओ देख कर मुझे बहुत ज्यादा खुशी मिल रही हैं सर जी ,,,मेरा अनुभव सही था,,
    एक चीज और हैं सर जी ,,,यदि किसी के पैर या घुटनो में दर्द रहता हैं और कुछ ही दूर चलने में थकान फील होती हो ,,,तो वो लोग केवल हर सुबह फ्रेश होने के बाद 50 बार उठ बैठ करे तो बहुत फायदेमंद हैं थकान फील होगा ही नही ,,,,लगातार 50 बार नही होता तो 10 या 20 ,,20, कर के कर सकते हैं 50 बार

    Sanjeev sir I follow u regularly, I am with a doubt that, the saying of our elders is that our lifespan is depended on our breath.If u take fast breath ur lifespan will be less,if u take like a tortoise ur lifespan will be more.So now if we do kapaalbhathi fast like beat one for a second,then what will be the consequences,pl.explain it sir.

      Do pranayam daily for half hour for two weeks and then see difference.if you got proper result then give one hour daily for pranayam and see what miracle happens in your life.

    हाँ आदरणीय यह तकनीक सचमुच अप्रतिम है और भय की स्थिति का सामना करना अप्रत्याशित रुप से सहज हो जाता है।

    Zen says : one of the best breathing technique is 3SRB . Abdominal BREATHING is good in its way but those who are professional sport man abdominal BREATHING is not advisable for them.
