Great collection of photos, brought back many fond memories. Especially the times at the drive-in movies. Also at the golf driving range. I worked part time at the A & P store when it was on Grand St. In front of the unique center traffic light. I lived on the west side of N. Riverside Ave. At Brook St. Until the "new road" construction tore it down. I graduated from CHHS in 1960. Left the Westchester area in 1970. Clem DePalma
Hi p Peggie, I lived in a second floor apartment on Depot Square in 1955 to 1959…. Then I moved to young ave… just a block from Carvel… With my mom who was a widow. Thank you for putting this video memory.
This is great! I grew up in croton from 1963-1978. I'm commenting b4 video is over because I saw so many memories! Didn't the circus come to town one year? I remember twirling my batton during 1976 binentenial parade. I'm still searching for the 1981 CHHS yearbook. If you can help that would be awesome! Thanx, great video!
Margaret Vossler I was born there 1953 and last moved out 2001 like I said in video I showed my family home on Oneida Ave next to Carvel I initially made the video for close friend living in Florida for years to give her some hometown spirit and memories
