@@basicallygod6920 yeah the problem for me was that my fafsa account was in suspense so I just went to my schools financial aid department to sort it out

When it says existing accounts does it mean like if I have chase ?
Hi there! Yes, where it says existing account, that means if you already have a bank account that can be connected to BankMobile for your money to be direct deposited. If you didn't already have a bank account, then you could open up a BankMobile Vibe checking account and have your money direct deposited there.

Well does it take a while for it to be deposited as it shows it was disbursed on 2/14 but no funds yet into my account
@@jessemontiel1693 once bankmobile received your refund form your college, they'll immediately send you an email or a txt message notifying you that they already received it and is currently processing for it to be sent to you
