Note that when in the character creation menu, the background music remixes itself and is usually never the same. This is the best, "Active" mix of beats I could record in the game.

Ahhhhh. I remember listening to this while making my first character WAY back then! The memories are flooding my mind. This music was so good. And it still is.

Why do I feel nostalgia when I hear this?
even after i quit apb I still have days when i just want to play 1 mission even if i don;t have the time, because it's the best game out there that none can deliver. Stunning customization , a bit pay2win made by g1 (rtw was the gold age of apb) Imagine if they wore the owners to this day. Unique and fun, ups and downs rage and unbelievable wtf moments, over 1300 hours spent since close beta (g1) / 3years+ and i regret nothing :D

I started playing this game in 2020, i know i know...it's hurrendous to hear this but i had no other choice but to give it a shot, when i got in the avatar creating part this song hit me right in the ears, i fucking loved it. After making my character, i was learning the basics and when i knew how to play i quickly played some missions (i chose to be a cop on my first account), and MY GOD i wasn't able to kill any criminals, my aim was bad, everyone had cool looking avatars and stronger guns than the STAR assault rifle and pistol that i forgot it's name, i uninstalled the game because i was sad for being such a noob. A year passed, i installed the game again because of boredom and i was still getting my ass beaten until i realised i could rent powerf guns, i tried a few and i got a few kills with my aiming being improved by a bit. I will try this game again one day, it will forever be one of the best games even though i suck at it :)

Its nice to see someone giving this game a try in 2020. This is one roller coaster of a fucking game as far as actually PLAYING the game, I hate this game, but it is the greatest video game I've ever played. I wish you could have experienced this game through its random peaks. I often think about the hundreds of players I met over the 10-12 years I played it. I grew up playing APB, and It is forever etched into my mind/personality
It's a damn shame that this game is so... eh.
It's atmosphere, setting, and style are so interesting and unique, as evidenced by this theme alone.
Alas, it's a rather bleh game that has so much potential but is executed very poorly. It's customization is still unrivaled, though. Surprisingly.

All Points Bulletin was a game with unmatched potential! The customization was epic and everyone could create something unique. The thing was that the gameplay was executed poorly. :(
+Jackty89 See, it sucks to see you like this. Almost everyone who plays APB claims it's not P2W, when it reality, it really is a game that his heavily relied on ARMAS transactions. Most of those transactions are for JMB's, and character lifetime or acc lifetime purchases. The game is P2W. The whole community defends it by saying it's not, but just look at it.
+Claude Speed I have payed a little to no more than 20 dollars for this game, and 55 dollars when the game needed to be bought to be played, I find myself among the top ranks of players of APB.
Saying APB is p2w while i've spent 20 bucks and being atop the food chain, I feel safe to say that you are just butthurt because of lack of skill or whatsoever.
Nonetheless the 20 bucks was spent for a jericho supra.

So sad listening to this, while we see how the game slowly dies its painfull death. Over 1 year they are talking about an engine update, I really don´t wanna admit that the game will die before this update ever is released but... not looking to good rn. I wish they will get a big again, without pay2win e.g. with all those servers we had back then. #Obeya FTW Let´s see if the future will bring anything for us or the game just dies....

Man 11years Ago and I still love This Game and the theme 😻
I absolutely missed having this as the Character Select for Reloaded before they changed to the Faction based backgrounds. When I was a noob at APB: Reloaded, I used to play this at my friend's house (he had 2 computers in his room). I used to sit and listen to this while i watched a few rounds of Fight Club. This song made my love for APB grow so strong, plus the fact of urban fighting mmo is pretty amazing. This has been such a nostalgic moment for me. :')

I had this music come to my mind for years, never really thought of searching it up. It always came at random times like when I'd be peeing in a public bathroom or when I'm driving. Now I actually got to listen to it lol. I bought APB when it got released. I had a case with the DVD's of it. Its somewhere in my house, not sure where exactly lol. I was like 13-14 years old. I had a low spec pc and it didn't really run the game smooth but gave me enough excitement to play around with it. After some time, I couldn't bear with the low framerates and stopped playing overall.
At the time, the game felt really promising and was a completely new concept at the time. So sad that it went downhill over the years and eventually went in a very different way after the rights got sold. I never came back to the game but would sometimes read and watch what was going on about it. So sad that it became a pay to win game in the hands of some corporates who don't even have any gaming culture. Well, still it was memorable and good times.

Its really odd how, despite this game being pretty meh overall, i still managed to put hundreds of hours into it. Nostalgia and Guilty pleasure. Game will always have potential that will never be fully capitalized.

The heartbreak I feel about this game getting treated the way it did by G1.....I will never forgive them. This game is a one of a kind. It's no GTA clone. Not by a longshot. This game at it's peak is nothing like i've ever experienced before.

Ah, back when I was a level ten Criminal...
Then I realized how stupid being a criminal was, hopped on Enforcer for easymode, got fed up with the game and quit at R197. Game is still anus as far as I know, not coming back anytime soon.
Swatch I personally like the game. I've had an account for 4 years now and I always go back on it every month or so to have a little fun. The customization along with a bunch of friends is an amazing experience.
AllansStuff My only wish is that some other game may have the customization of this game and outdo it in terms of community and gameplay... As far as I know, nothing is coming.
Yes just like the login theme (clean), this is a very calm thinker song imo. Especially fitting while you create your characters, this music somehow makes me think and thus helps the final creation. Maybe that's just me, but this is how i interpret this track.
APB 4 ever!
This is the music I think of when remembering APB. Its like a tribute to a game that had to much ideas but didn't execute properly and also a song about things can still live on even through death. Thats why I want to try out the new APB reloaded game. Just something to read while listening to this song.

I do care about the copyrights, but the idea is nice isn't it? I bet a lot of people would rather want APB Reloaded to go down and start over again (loooooong way to making my own games tough. R.I.P. Here lies my dream and hopes for APB Reloaded).

ive played with players that just should near you, so the impact of the bullets show a effect of dust and rock particles.
I miss playing this game, I had so much fun with my friends but when it got updated to G3 or G1 it got broken for low perfomance computers...
And to think, if the community made decisions for this game, it would probably survive longer than it will now......

i just downloaded whole game. just to create perfect character with this music. well after that i closed the game and uninstalled it.
You are so many years late, APB was so good in reloaded release where everyone was new but now the game is basically dead at this point, also the p2w elements only got stronger, so right now you will only find hardcore fans who spent too much money to leave the game.

This game was not that bad it was having a little development problem and if i were the developer team I should remake this game with new engine with a hole new system or just simple give it to the fans who are like to remake the game (like me).
Since this game is using unreal engine 3, remaking it in UE4 would be amazing. Bigger city and more freeroam activities. Call it APB 2 and the hype train will be through the roof. But above all else they should keep what made APB great, the atmosphere, customization and different factions. Some people say gta online replaced this game, that cant be farther from the truth.

I turn this on everytime i shoot morphine, as a kid i was shooting cops in APB as adult i shoot shit into my veins. Yes i am good idiot i know. But the atmosphere of this song mixed with that feeling when morphine gets into your blood system...euphoric.
