Real rule from 2011 till 2012. You could open DRS everywhere in Free Practice and Qualifying but not in the race. It was banned in 2013 and could only be used in the DRS zones like we have today.
@@sven_helder I don't know how it was in reality, but in the game, when DRS was active, if you turned the steering wheel too much left and right, the car would spin.
