- Though most Space Marines considered to have betrayed the Imperium do so due to Chaotic corruption, there are those who either go it alone or are declared traitors whilst still remaining loyal. Though we know very little of many of them, they are known as Renegade Astartes, and these are some of their stories.

My chapter the Sohns of Nertheus became Renegade beause shortly after they where "giftet" with Some Primaris Marines and the Material/Knowlage to create them, they realised they where not of the same gene seed, after some thime they discovert they where not sohns of Corax, but of Fulgrim, and a inner Chapter war between the Primaris and the true marines erupted, now my firstborn marines are part of the marines i use for chaos, well now i have a quite nice chaos army
"Excuse me, sir! That tree isn't a bathroom!"
"Oh, really?"
"Ew, not on my shoes!"
the knights of blood where true heroes to the blood angels and their successor chapters FOR SANGUINIUS
I completely agree, though I'd never heard of them before the Devastation of Baal they won me around and were very well treated by the author. I can't condone all they did in life, but I hope that in death they will be well remembered by the Flesh Tearers and others.
Tactica Imperialis im pretty sure Seth was leading The Kinghts of Blood
Glad you did this one. Keep up the good work.
LORD CAEDUS LIVES!! Hi
Yay! You actually took my suggestion and did the Relictors! I was worried they wouldn't have enough for a full video, but your solution to that problem made the whole thing 100x better! Thank you!
BrenttFease I’m glad you liked it - I always try and follow up on suggestions, and reading about the Knights of Blood swung it for me.
Tactica Imperialis Ironically I was considering asking about them too, so it worked out almost freakishly well. And I learned that the Ashen Claws were a thing on top of it. :)
The soul Drinkers live on my brothers as long as 3 remain the emperors will, will be done.
This is done extremely well. Keep up the great work!
I bet those six dislikes came from renegade Astartes lol.
By the way the ashen claws are still around they're in the carcharodons outer dark book.
And they might be a Blackshield force too right?
@@ELITESrBAMOFOS945 They are considered such, yes.
Nicely done Michael :)
Renegade Astartes are not chaos nor are thay inperim they are there own faction
Great video Tactica Imperialis.
And thus my day begins. Well met.
I think ashen claws are still around--Lexicanum says they have connections with the Carcharodons?
There are more Chaos Space Marines than Loyalist Space Marines.
Negative chaos can't propagate, their gene seed is corrupt
Dresden you’ve got all the traitor legions and then chapters turned so ye.
It's debatable. While the Imperium does have the capabilities of making new Marines, so dose the Chaos, a bit at a slower rate. But Imperial Marines could turn Chaos at any moment and far too spread out and uninformed (like entire chapters that are wiped out yet no one knows and chapter that could help are unaware of their need) brings an equal force of Astartes per engagement.
This is what we made the minotaurs for
great video
If youve seen the American Dad episode where Roger becomes a....RENEGADE. (guitar solo). Leave us a like.
Cool people have an excuse to add blood angels models to their legion of the damned army :D ( I kinda go with the headcanon that they are the souls of marines that died fighting chaos resurrected to fight and serve the emperor once more )
Theres a ba chapter thats worst then the knights of blood where they harvet blood from refugees and both drink and bathe in blood as well sacrificing one if their own
The Knights of Blood got Primaris marines, so they must be still around. See this poster for examples: ruclips.net/video/ZRrMeOng_Qc/видео.html
3rd Company of the Avenging Sons?
How about Gue'vesa space marines?
Never happened, to my knowledge!
Tactica Imperialis ahem! So why Tau are chickening out over having Gue'vesa space marines even when they're homebrewn by themselves?
As well Gue'vesa abstains from having anyone not completely ordinary humans in their ranks?
It's nothing to do with chickening out - no Astartes has joined the T'au, nor have they I assume managed to work out/gain access to what is needed to make their own (it's bloody complicated after all!). We do need more lore on the Gue'vesa, that I certainly won't argue.
Might make for a cool homebrew army.
that's what exactly I do when I do any Homebrew 40k army, and the ultimate source for gene-seed that Tau Empire needs to make their Gue'vesa space marines are Primarch XI
Great story
Disappointed not to see a mention of Luther in the First Legion. Not all of his followers turned to Chaos. Surely they were renegade too?
Some of the Fallen would count, I suppose, but Luther was an out-and-out Traitor by the time it came to it. Plus I discussed him in the Dark Angels Legion video.
Did he.....did he just pronounce Legions and "leg-i-on-as" at 9:24 ???
Why yes, yes I did. I prefer the "Latinised" pronunciations of Legiones etc, just personal preference and nothing more.
