I have a jazzy select gt. Can't find info on hoe to release so chair can be pushed. Can u help? Thx
The neutral levers should be grey handles behind the drive wheels on both sides, they need to be pushed down in order to free wheel the chair.
My Jazzy I received in 2017 doesn't fold up for mobile transporting
A wrench keeps showing up on screen and it keeps hesitating to a stop WS wrong
What is the steepest incline it can go up? In degrees and under what load (weight)?
6-7 degree is what its rated for. But it may do slightly more.
How do I know when I need new battery? I recharged 8 hrs but joystick shows red light only?
Its either your charger isnt working of the batteries need to be replaced. Give me a call at 800-677-6293 and Ill ask you some more questions.
I have one of these chairs but I find that it is really squirrelly when riding it. It swerves back and forth from the rear & often does Brodie's while I'm trying to get down the road....! Do you have a way to switch out the smaller wheels to larger wheel, & I'd like to see what the batteries look like - if you would plz....!
There are no smaller or larger tires for these units. I've never heard someone having the issues as you are mentioning. Sometimes having your speed up faster can cause those problems. The reason being is the joystick at higher speeds can be a little difficult to keep completely straight and any amount of wobble in the joystick can cause wobble on the chair driving straight.
My mother called about this. My question is, how does a 275 + 87 yr old, who plops down in a chair, going to do with this chair? Are the arms going to hold up when he has to use them for his full weight getting up and down?
If it is for someone who is 275, this would probably not be the best chair and no power chair is meant to have the full weight of someone on the armrests. They aren't built for that sort of pressure. If someone needs help getting in and out, there are ways to add hand grips that are mounted to the seat base.

No you can take it somewhat apart thou.
Do you have any scooters that can hold over 500 pounds?
Not over 500 lbs. There are some power chairs but not scooters.
