I totally agree with glassware selection. Especially with Wee Beastie, I have used glencairn, viski and aged n ore glasses with it, and the Aged n Ore gave the best balance since it's wider. I tried gone to my glencairn rocks glass. But overall I totally agree and have started trying my library with different glasses to see the differences.

The mash before distillation is called wine in regions there were no wine or grape but people read about it in Bible. So wine is everything with alcohol

@@ErikWaitWhiskyStudies sadly I don't know written sources. But I suggest you to dig into beer brewing German culture because bier beer ist also 100% barley and Germans has a lot of old written sources on subject.
