Hard to find SanBitter and Crodino locally, unfortunately. As a child my parents gave us a "childrens'" aperitivo - San Pellegrino Chinotto (soda). It can be found if you go to your local Italian store/deli. Livio, do you have a favorite or two Chinotto cocktails in your magic toolbox?
@HardCandy-fd4vz Mezzo Americano - a Chinotto spritz. 3.0oz Chinotto 1.5oz Aperol 1/2oz Gin 3/4oz Lemon Juice Shake (hold back Chinotto) with ice. Strain over ice into glass. Add Chinotto over the top. Quick, gentle stir to combine.
Thanks for watching. I got the nonalcoholic ones through Amazon and put the links in the description. The alcoholic ones you can get through the liquor store. Cheers
LIVIO!!! This was so interesting!!! I def love an Aperol spritz!!! I would def like to try the RTD version. The non-alcoholic version would be perfect for Thanksgiving!!! CHEERS to you my brother!!!
These all sound great. I have to make a trip to the old neighborhood and see if I can locate them. If not, I got “a guy”. Good stuff, Livio. Cheers!

Ah Chinotto! Great memories. I don’t but will get to work on that! Thanks for asking!
I dont think I've even seen these before. Did you get these directly from Italy 🇮🇹 or are they in specialty stores in Vegas?
