great question! so I normally wear a medium in my bell helmets and I wear the same size in the troy lee. I have heard of ppl getting one size up from their normal sizing but buying the smaller cheek pads separately cause the crown on the helmet does change from helmet to helmet. So like buying a XL but putting in the large cheek pads. As I say to everyone though, go to your local shop and try one on.
Is this helmet easy to breathe in when you’re out of breath? I ride in the forest so there’s often a lot of pushing, lifting and pulling bikes. I gotta confess a dirty secret, I’ve been wearing a Troy Lee DH4 full face MTB downhill helmet with the MIPS Integra, because it’s so much easier to breathe in. Some helmets seem to trap your breath if you know what I mean.
Did you not get an extra visor? im looking forward to buying one but i might go for the se4 just to save money and allat
That's a good question, no, no extra visor came with this helmet
@@the_motofam damn, ill probably get the se4 then. Thanks for the reply
Im looking at getting the SE5 helmet but I wear a XL in the fly helmet i know sizes might differ with other manufactures so is it true to size?

that's a great question, I think between the front and side vents with the longer muzzle, it should be great for getting in fresh air.
@@the_motofam Thanks man. Allegedly there is a Troy Lee dealer near me so I’ll see if I can try hands on. 🇺🇸👍
