I have enjoyed all of your quilts. Love your sense of humor. That you have all the links so we can create beautiful quilts like yours. All the patterns....The way you use solid colors in your quilts. One day I`m going to visit your quilt shop and the Missouri quilt company. Next time I go on vacation.#AngelaWalters
"Don't Stop....Belieeeeeeevin'....." that you can make this quilt! I would make the petals of each flower, from the same fabric, for both flower patterns...I like it!
Love it! And you crack me up ALL the time, Angela. Thanks for bringing me a smile at the end of another stressful week! (And I for one ENJOY watching you cut up all the fabric. It gives me an idea of how much cutting is involved in the pattern, which helps me decide if I want to BUY it or not. So please "shush" all you naysayers and complainers out there. These FREE videos are also trying to promote the kits, patterns and classes for sale on Bluprint aka Craftsy. If you don't want to watch that, just slide your curser across to fast forward to the sewing part... or the quilting part of the FREE video. okay, I'll get off my soapbox now. ~Diana from Toronto, Canada (b/c apparently there's a Toronto in Missouri too!)
oh my god, I am working now on a similar quilt, but am connecting the blocks with quilt-as-you-go.. its very interesting to see how people do same things with different approaches..
Lovely quilt --- I'm sure little princess loves it. Glad I saw your project before I made all tulips...great ides for FMQ too. Happy quilting! PS. love your videos!
I know, Angelia is so cute! That said, 'someone has to buy Angela a set of Riedel Vinum Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot Glass wine glasses or Riedel Vinum Pinot Noir (Burgundy Red) Glass... if I had the money, I would! ...if one is going to drink wine, one must 'drink from the "correct" wine glass!
I LOVE your videos! Look forward to the next one before I’ve even finished watching this weeks video 😄. I have only one complaint - PLEASE make longer videos! They’re too short! I would love to see more of the quilting! And you are soooo entertaining 😄
So glad you're getting into the purple thang!! I'm biased...my favorite color, but in this quilt you've made, it really sets off the other colors!! Love this pattern!!!! Thanks...very inspiring!!!
Mrs. Angela,You make it seem so easy!! I am natural from Puerto Rico meaning 100 degree weather year around.. For me quilts were the ones you got from Macys or Penny's that is until I got married to my husband from Kentucky. I fell in love with the art, the masterpieces all this people make and now I am trying to learn. So, please, don't stop showing me that one day I might be able to do this as easy as you show me in every video. I am about to finish my very first little runner with some cathedral window pattern for my mom. It is not perfect, but after the binding it will be a finished quilt. So in a way, I am thanking your grandpa for that saying, I even have it written on a little frame on my wall: "A finished quilt, is better than a perfect, un-finished one". - Thanks, Jo
Sooo love this one!! I don't have any more little ones. Mine are grown up. No grandchildren yet, but really need an excuse to make this one. Maybe for myself since I Love to garden. Yep! Doing it! Thanks!!
This quilt is beautiful. I do agree with some of the comments about it being too fast. Trying to watch what you were doing was making me a little dizzy. Thank you so very much for all of your videos and your sharing your talent.
Thank you for pointing us in the direction of this pattern, Ive been looking for a pattern to make for my cousins daughter. Although mine will be edge to edge quilted with a continuous line pattern, as I’m nowhere near as talented as you!
I love the 2nd flower - makes it more interesting. I made a tulip quilt off Missouri Star video and loved it, but that 2nd flower here is worth attempting.
Pretty flowers & nice color palette! Loved the little grass designs for quilting. You may have zipped thru this tutorial but hey, a viewer can always slow the playback speed down...not too low of a speed or you’re going to sound and look like you drank the entire wine bottle before filming LOL!😂.
I love this quit. You always make the machine quilting look so effortless. I've made a quilt top for my grandbaby coming in December and I have no idea how I want to quilt it. Honestly I've put so much pressure on myself I'm scared I'm gonna mess it up.
Nah, don't be scared... just sew some wavy lines in a checkerboard pattern over the whole thing, freehand... say, 2 or 3 inches apart. That will give you a "feel" for free motion quilting, and keep the quilt nice and loose/soft for the baby. And most importantly Shannon, it will have you finishing it in no time! Even with a walking foot, you can do long wavy lines, trust me. Good luck! ~Diana from Toronto
I still can not make purple quilts and like them. I made two purple quilts for my daughter and sister who both loves purple. But it was torture. Especially, when daughter wanted her with green. I like green but not with purple. However, I was glad to see your flower quilt. I have few flower blocks made. I really like how you add a bit more than MSQA’s tulip pattern.
Midnight Quilter...I've been wanting to learn to quilt and I've been watching you and love all the bright fun colors you use. I've been looking at the sewing machines at Walmart but don't know what one is the best one to buy for quilting, do you know what one I should buy that's great for quilting???
Would love some simple easy patterns for making charity quilts...from baby to lapsized...nothing too intricate as we want to make lots as fast as we can using scraps!
I agree ... my 10 year old nephew is ADDICTED to Fortnite. When he was punished for accidentally shooting a Nerf gun at his little brother in the eye at point-blank range recently, he was taken off the game for a week. He was devastated, but when he returned from his room, still tearful, he said to me, "I accept my punishment willingly; I had a talk with Mom, and she said she thinks I've become sort of addicted to the game, and I agree, so I need to stop it for awhile." Yes folks, a 10-year-old came to that conclusion himself. He likes Roblox too --- I kept thinking he was saying "Roadblocks" until he showed me the Lego-like figurines they cross-sell in stores. Marketing genius, or drug dealers? You decide! ~Diana from Toronto
Yeah, but the kit uses more juvenile fabrics than Angela used. I prefer hers, although I myself would use greens for the leaves. Just personal preference. Always love a sale price, though. And never can I order from Craftsy, because their shipping prices are way too high compared to all other U.S. online sites I shop at. ~Diana from Toronto (Canada)
Please answer Sandy McC question about beginning and ending threads. I spend sooooo much time hand sewing them into the quilt. There's got to be a faster way. Sooooo there's time for more quilting.
I have seen Angela answer this several times on other videos...she just pulls the bobbin thread to the top and stitches in place a few stitches and then trims the threads to start. Then stitches in place and trim to end as well. She is not a "show" quilter, so does not bury the threads. I do the same thing!
I would love to see the quilts all your kids have on the beds, and your also? I seem to only make lap quilts and I would love to see how you do it. :-)
Hi again, I recently saw your video where you trimmed the unwanted tiny dog ears, you showed them and said something should be done with them since they're cute. How about teach children to string them like your popcorn necklace. Use your Christmas ones for the Holiday etc.
It's a LOT. Depends how fast you are at picking your fabric, pressing, cutting, piecing, pressing again, trimming, sewing the blocks together, trimming, basting your quilt sandwich, quilting it, trimming, cutting out your binding, sewing it on, making a label and sewing IT on. That's why handmade quilts cost so much to buy, and why they should be treasured by the lucky people who receive them from generous quilters as a gift. ~Diana from Toronto
Yes I understand. I have made a few. What I want to know is how much time does it take Angela to create one of her quilts start to finish. 10 hours? 40 hours? I know how long it takes me to make one...and a dozen or so UFO's...
I've mastered the hover-my-hand-over-the-space-bar-to-pause-the-video move in order to properly drool over the finished quilt when it's dropped onto the floor (8:30) and during the pan-over shots (8:33). Also, no new episode this week? I'm having Angela-withdrawal!
Es muy... espectacular,,,, Hermoso,,,fuera de serie lo q haces....aprendo mucho mirandote....pero la verdad quisiera escucharte en español...se ve q eres muy agradable....por eso .....please in spanish.....at lest the subtitles.....and millions of Thanks......👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗👏👏👏👏
What’s your favorite wine? I tried sewing with wine but my homemade Pinot Noir is close to 13% which is a bad idea. I stopped before I missed up and hurt myself.
How do you know the alcohol content of your own homemade wine? I've always been curious... (My uncle used to make his own wine; "Knockout punch" is what my cousins used to call it!)
I had this idea for a similar pattern .... thanks for the video as I will be making changes in my design ... I must say you sew a lot faster then I do ... but videos are so inspirational....
Thanks for this tutorial, now I can make my patio pillow covers fast fast fast. And I love begonias.
What a cute quilt. I’m sure your daughter sleeps awesome with this beautiful quilt over her. Love your tutorials. Great job!
So beautiful!

This quilt is so beautiful! It is one of my favourites since the beginning of the show. Very happy for your daughter! :-)
Gorgeous colors! This quilt is awesome. I’m so amazed at how you do the machine quilting with such ease. 😊❤️
"Don't Stop....Belieeeeeeevin'....." that you can make this quilt! I would make the petals of each flower, from the same fabric, for both flower patterns...I like it!
Wow, the purple border against that mint/blue background is GORGEOUS! Makes me happy! :)
Cute quilt, would make a very nice table cloth or curtains too xxx
Love it! And you crack me up ALL the time, Angela. Thanks for bringing me a smile at the end of another stressful week! (And I for one ENJOY watching you cut up all the fabric. You have so encouraged me to machine quilt! It actually looks do-able!
love the grass motifs .... always on the look out of new motifs and your videos always provide inspiration
Great job mom !!!!
That is GORGEOUS I love the grass motif.
oh my god, I am working now on a similar quilt, but am connecting the blocks with quilt-as-you-go.. its very interesting to see how people do same things with different approaches..
Lovely quilt --- I'm sure little princess loves it. Glad I saw your project before I made all tulips...great ides for FMQ too. Happy quilting! PS. love your videos!
I want the midnight quilt show back!!!
I know, Angelia is so cute!

I love your energy…you are great fun 🤩
awesome quilting ideas - im definitely going to use those little tufts of grass!!
So glad you're getting into the purple thang!! I'm biased...my favorite color, but in this quilt you've made, it really sets off the other colors!! Love this pattern!!!! Thanks...very inspiring!!!

Oh I have! MSQC tutorial of the cathedral window is the one I used for my runner :-) Thank you very much.
And Donna Jordan's videos from Jordan Fabrics are also awesome. (And ALL of Angela's videos, of course!)
Awesome quilt. I love the colors and the pattern. Thanks for also showing us how you FM quilt it.
Great quilt! Love Midnight Quilt Show, I’m a big Fan!
LINDOOOOOO Felicitaciones Angela. todos sus bloques son Hermosos
Beautyful quilt!!! Thank you for showing! 👍 😻
I luv it.very colorful n awesome job.i wish I had ideas like you.keep it up.
Sooo love this one!! I don't have any more little ones. Mine are grown up. No grandchildren yet, but really need an excuse to make this one. Maybe for myself since I Love to garden. Yep! Doing it! Thanks!!
This is so cute. Love the colors of fabric and the great quilting. Stuck this in my tado stack!
I was kinda hoping for a little clip at the end to see her face when you gave it to her :) I'm sure she's thrilled with such a gorgeous quilt.
Definetely thought it looked like a poppy, especially when i saw the orange one.....awesome quilt!
This quilt is beautiful. I do agree with some of the comments about it being too fast. Trying to watch what you were doing was making me a little dizzy. Thank you so very much for all of your videos and your sharing your talent.
There is nothing wrong with my response. If it is blueprint and a question of speed, maybe blueprint needs the feedback.
Love the quilt. I would have liked to see a close up shot of you doing the grass. Thanks for your videos.
Thank you for pointing us in the direction of this pattern, Ive been looking for a pattern to make for my cousins daughter. Although mine will be edge to edge quilted with a continuous line pattern, as I’m nowhere near as talented as you!
I’m having withdrawals...miss your videos. I don’t even quilt but man do I love these videos!
I absolutely love this quilt!!!!
I love the 2nd flower - makes it more interesting. I made a tulip quilt off Missouri Star video and loved it, but that 2nd flower here is worth attempting.
Love this pattern and the colors! ❤
I love aqua! My favorite color.
Adorable quilt Angela
OMG, absolutely love this
Wi love this quilt! Have to make it!
Pretty flowers & nice color palette! Loved the little grass designs for quilting. You may have zipped thru this tutorial but hey, a viewer can always slow the playback speed down...not too low of a speed or you’re going to sound and look like you drank the entire wine bottle before filming LOL!😂.
Never enough fabric fondling! 😊
I love these flowers! So pretty!!❤️

I forgot my green fabric! Have to go back to get that and probably buy more then what I need, lots more!
Awe, so gorgeous, you are inspiring me to have a go at fmq n not be scared! Maybe a glass of vino will help!
I Just Love it. I From Brazil and start to learn about it Just a few months
Love the way it turned out!
Another "STOP": Squeal Tires On Pavement. From my learning to drive days. :)
That's an adorable quilt, it'd be cute for Project Linus I think.
Midnight Quilter...I've been wanting to learn to quilt and I've been watching you and love all the bright fun colors you use. I've been looking at the sewing machines at Walmart but don't know what one is the best one to buy for quilting, do you know what one I should buy that's great for quilting???
Adorei! !!!!! Belíssimo trabalho....
That purple is very nice though because it’s next to its friendly colours.
Love the quilt. Love the video. And love to see you and Cloe together. Has she tried free motion quilting yet.
Your quilts are always gorgeous! Just curious if you prewash your material?
Gorgeous quilt! ❤️
I love your quilt!
omigosh, sooo adorable!!!
I have material to make a flower quilt. I need to get my grand daughters new quilt for Christmas finished first.
Would love some simple easy patterns for making charity quilts...from baby to lapsized...nothing too intricate as we want to make lots as fast as we can using scraps!
Maybe my step daughter will want a flower power quilt for her new room! Thanks!
Judy Reyes thanks. mcavelis1180@yahoo.com
Forced my son to watch this with me (between very important Fortnite rounds), and he wants to make his own quilt now. Hooray!
My son plays Fortnite too. I feel your pain! Lol. That and Roblox.
Yes! Roblox and Fortnite are the things to do, apparently. You have to pull them away from the games with brute strength at times! Haha!
I agree ... my 10 year old nephew is ADDICTED to Fortnite. When he was punished for accidentally shooting a Nerf gun at his little brother in the eye at point-blank range recently, he was taken off the game for a week. This is PRECIOUS!! How long did it take you to get that good free motioning . your AMAZING !!!
Love the speed in general BUT at least just show one sewing seam at real time for clarity. We’re not all as experienced as you are,
I slow down a little ,,new at quilting love your shows
I just made this same quilt! Ha! I bought the kit a while ago when it was on sale on Craftsy. Lol
Yeah, but the kit uses more juvenile fabrics than Angela used. I prefer hers, although I myself would use greens for the leaves. Just personal preference. Always love a sale price, though. Awesome awesome awesome! Love ir
haha stop collaborate & listen.angela is fun to watch😁hihi
That is a perfect design for a young girl. Bravo. Can you help with the tiny squares that you stitch and flip? Mine are always wonky.
I love that quilt

Which you use the machine for sewing? All the praise for the channel 😀
Hola!!

As a long arm quilter do you prefer to have the seams ironed open or not?😊
amei seu trabalho muito lindo parabéns queria legenda pra mim aprender
What machine do you use to quilt? Love your quilts!!!
I love this
Do you know what's going on with the Blu print website. Can't get any of your patterns
Can you do an episode on how to bind and back the quilt?
Still want to know how many hours these quilts take to make. So I know to double it when I try to make one.
It's a LOT. Depends how fast you are at picking your fabric, pressing, cutting, piecing, pressing again, trimming, sewing the blocks together, trimming, basting your quilt sandwich, quilting it, trimming, cutting out your binding, sewing it on, making a label and sewing IT on. Sew fun!❤️
Nice quilt, but how does this video help without a link to a pattern for instructions.
Bluprint is not out of business.
Aliteration: Fabric fondling. Good one!
