How do you know that that particular normalized vector is on that orange plane.? You have an infinite number of planes that is perpendicular to the given plane x+2y-z=6

A vector is defined by its magnitude and direction, not its position. Considering just the normal vector does not give you a location. But working with vector BA, with the initial and terminal points in the orange plane with the normal vector gives you the ability to find an equation of that plane. The one known point in the orange plane could be thought of a B, then vector BA and the normal vector are your two direction vectors determining the gradient of the plane. B can be the initial point of BA and the normal vector placing the normal vector into the plane. If that does not make sense, check out this lesson ruclips.net/video/wWnaz0wiwzI/видео.html

why we find BA instead of AB ??

You can find anything BA or AB. It won't make a difference ultimately we have to find normal vector to the plane.

How about if they only give you 2 points and dont give u a perpendicular plane?

Two points alone are not enough to determine a plane containing them.

That is certainly not how I thought I uploaded this. Thank you for catching that!
I am not used to RUclips's video editor, but hopefully in a couple of hours the gap will be gone:) The length to the full length lessons with the formulas explained and all three examples are in the description.
