Good stuff! This looks right up my alley, seems to have a lot of game without a lot of setup. Also no massive box because of a million minis which is a bonus. Something I can play with my son that doesn't take too long per session :)
You bet! Happy to give you an in-depth look at what’s to come. There will be the option to upgrade it, so hold onto it until the campaign starts for more info!
As a 1st time backer I especially look forward to the newly designed player boards. The sliders were not ideal. One question though: Does the tray fit sleeved cards and can you put them in the respekctive cutouts of the player boards with sleeves? Thank and gratis video as usual!
100% those original player boards and sliders were brutal to slide, small and tough to handle. I’ll check on the tray fitting sleeved cards but when I placed non-sleeved cards during play here I believe there was ample room. A good question!
Dude, your playmats are always on point! Do you have one for every game? Potential showcase video? And as always great video thanks for yet another game to my wishlist...
Thanks! I pretty much have a unique one for every play. I like to spice up the videos and set the mood/experience of the game. It’s fun 😄 Glad to help you get an understanding of this one!
Appreciate the kind words my friend. I like to put time into my videos and not just a high level talk through. As a consumer myself, that's what I'd want to see!
Super well produced video, as always. Appreciate it, this is a game that had a lot of potential and hoping this new edition makes the best of that! Looks very interesting, I want to learn more about the campaign.
@@RollingSolo just love the effort you put in the videos with the intros, editing, etc., you can tell this takes a lot of time. Yes I am in SKG's discord, following Isofarian Guard. For some reason I have not late pledged, I am waiting the playthroughs on youtube from latest prototype but it just seems to be a great game and an amazing deal at the current pricepoint. Just followed this campaign on KS.
The price point is very fair in my books. Appreciate the kind words a lot. I have fun putting time into the videos to make them helpful and entertaining as best I can. Glad you like ‘em! 🙌🏼
Is the upgrade to the art limited to heroes? I ask because the enemy card art and even the item art is very meh. Perhaps it's the dull and repeating background, but this level of art is quite below the level I am used to from games that have come out in the last 5-10 years. I also think that the characters having unique starting equipment would be more thematic than the King purchasing a sword from the town merchant just before he departs on an adventure with a regular peasant. This doesn't help at all to put me in the mood for some dungeon delving.
I can tell you from experience that the game isn’t easy. It’s balanced that you lose more often than you win. Also, if you include any of the cards I removed during setup the difficulty goes up and up. 😉 The weight on BGG is how hard it is to learn, not it’s difficulty level.

That’s certainly a plus. No miniatures makes the storage for this one much easier to handle and less setup time. Thanks for watching Erik!
Thanks for doing this. Got the first one behind me.. Going to gift it while I go in for 2nd edition!
You bet! Happy to give you an in-depth look at what’s to come. There will be the option to upgrade it, so hold onto it until the campaign starts for more info!
Woo! Stoked for campaign tomorrow and found this! My man! ✊
Hey Caleb! Glad you found us and hope the video helped you get a look at what’s to come. See you around 🙌🏼
Thanks man, always a pleasure watching your videos... so excited for this game!!!
Thanks Patrizio! Glad you enjoy it. See you in the next one 😄
Would you choose this or Chronicles of Drunagar? I watched both your videos and they both seem good.
Ooo that’s a tough call. They both do things very differently. Depends on the day, I’d say. That probably doesn’t help but both are great.

Yep! We designed the new Game Trayz to fit sleeved cards as well.
😄👍🏼
Solo requires control of how many characters? Sorry if I missed this in the overview.
You an play with one hero. I like playing solo with two, but the system works with one.
^ This
Thanks for watching Steve!

@@RollingSolo I actually meant a showcase video of you playmats :D (English not my native language sorry)
Ah! Don’t have any plans for that atm. 😜
Great review, I have watched about half a dozen now for this game, you beat the others hands down!

Appreciate it Juan! 😄
I was excited when I heard SKG was going to give it a boost. You won’t have to wait long to learn more. 😏

Going to back this as a returning backer. Love the system, and hopeful for the amendments made in this version.
I think you’ll be happy with what you see September 7th!
Why are the room tiles so small?
Not sure! Designer might have reasoning though.
DO you happen to know if there will be a late pledge option for this? Ive messaged the creator through kickstarter and so far no reply.
There was a late pledge but I believe the window is closed at this point. Hopefully they can make an exception for you! 😄
This is something Betrayal at House on the Hill should have been.
In terms of how it looks and feels I can certainly see comparisons there.
I like the look of this but it does seem complex!
It might seem that way but it flows well. Winning is the complex part. 👍🏼
looks fun!
I really thought so! Looking forward to the final version landing now.

Good morning! Yes, one of the stretch goals was redesigned enemy designs and many of the items are being redone as well.
☝🏼😄
Playthrough???
When the second edition lands in the future I would love to revisit it. 👍🏼
looks like it's too easy, so many hits also BGG weight is 2.17 like a family game but looks interesting

This looks very bland and very generic
Sorry to hear it doesn’t seem to land for you. Cheers!
