Great play through. You really should have pre-shuffled before you recorded. You probably would have got better items. You revealed 6 higher level cards. More Dungeons of Infinity please! 2 new heroes

The Werewolf missed on that first attack. You forgot to subtract the Heroes AP from the roll. You should have subtracted 4 from the HC of 18, So a hit should have been 14 or lower. I see that you caught that error later.
Excellent overview. This looks good, although I never played it personally. I am however surprised that this and other games with tiles don't use a locking system, similar to the AD&D Adventure System or Descent 2e. I think it makes a huge difference, especially if your players tend to kick the table a lot....ahem. 😁🍻⚔

@infinityandmore4529 yes I could have done one of the missions a as a standalone but there are dedicated standalone missions in the book and I figured doing one of those would not spoil anything at all

Have you thought about doing a play through of a new area such as the Prison, Tower or cathedral?
