FYI, the dim sum at House of Joy: Stuffed peppers sb longhorn peppers & not jalapeno, the gau choy hawk is garlic chives steamed dumpling. The fried taro dumplings looks like Woo Gok. Definitely, need to visit next time I'm in NYC. Love 💜 the series, please continue it.

Honestly all these places are not eaten or recommended by the local (typical) Chinese people. First of all, e.g. the wonton place and the dim sum Go go are places for tourist foreigner style - never local and traditional made. The hot pot place are always said overpriced by the locals. The new Eatery food court also not recommended as for the bad quality. In other words, all places recommended in this video are either bad quality or not ‘traditional’ Chinese food, which are all ‘garbage food’ as recognized by the Chinese food.

Come to Vancouver BC for the best Chinese food outside of Hong Kong/Taipei 😄 NY and San Gabriel are also great but would love for you guys to explore this area as well once restrictions are lifted 🙏🏼

hello fb, mott food with a sushi a la carte - thank you for the fresh sushi in chinatown - this idea was near nyu also from japantown across from sunrise market - where the dining was small too. thought the box was a little big for 4 pcs. roast meat - does it come with a $2 extra for side vegetables. wish oyster sauce yu choy is there - ask them.
The carts are annoying. They crowd an already packed dining room and take forever to get what you want. Then there's the patrons rushing to the carts when the classic dishes do come out. If deep fried and greasy is what you want there's plenty of it left over.
Seeds are not what contain the heat in peppers aka Capsaicin, Capsaicin, which is the chemical compound that contains fiery heat, is actually concentrated in the inner white pith or rib of the chile pepper. While the seeds may be coated with some of the capsaicin since they're in contact with the rib, but the seeds themselves do not contain any heat

14:51, that Chow Fun dish would be called, "Char Kway Teow" in Singapore & Malaysia. I think that Kway Teow might be a different Chinese dialect term for rice noodle; Hakka or Hokkien maybe.
