      If you have time to think , either your backfoot , runup is slow , Or you are not jumping forward and straight!
      Because if you would , you wouldn't have time to think much!

      @@yashwantgarud8967 I had the same problem, I could not put all my effort into the bowl and thought I am not timing my action right (not applying force at correct time), turns out I was jumping out and that was making my backfoot slow!
      When I straightened my jump and started jumping straight and forward, my backfoot became way too quick (my tendons were already stiff) and I would immediately have to apply force (speed up my arms) after my loadup just without thinking much , because I would not be able to catch up with my backfoot if I would not do so!
      I am still working on making a habit of taking a straight jump!
      If you are thinking about when should I apply force , it means your backfoot is not fast enough,
      Which could be because of less tendon stiffness, not having fast enough runup ( like 25 KMPH at least) and not having a straight and forward jump!
