OMG TYSM I JUST BOUGHT THE S23+ FOR SO MUCH AND WHEN I UPDATED IT THE SCREEN TURNED WHITE AND I SEARCHED FOR SO MANY VIDEOS AND ALL OF THEM TOLD ME TO GO TO THE SAMSUNG STORE TO GET SOMEONE TO FIX IT, I AM SO GREATFUL I FOUND YOUR VIDEO!!!

No matter what button I press, it is all white. Nothing is showing on the screen. The battery is charged up to 75%. Moreover, when I was putting into charging only the battery percentage was being shown at first. Now it becomes white as well. I don't know how the problem just occurred. My phone was okay till now. May be recent update was the culprit. How can I fix this? None of your methods in this video worked. 😢
The white screen remains unchanged, there's nothing showing on the screen even if I press the power button it doesn't turn of, it remains white and displays nothing

@droigy nope, frig failed to fix ph, at least now ph not hot. I got it back on charge, and it's staying cool. I'm going to install 128gb mini SD card in the event it starts operating normally again. I paid insurance monthly, started Samsung claim, and got ups mailer; but I am waiting to back up data before mailing it in for a new screen and battery. I see these S20+ screens are readily available online.
@droigy I got ph to boot into safe mode; still white screen, so problem is not software related. Tried numerous forced re starts, still white/green screen. Inserted micro SD card, which got me into almost readable data backup settings; but with blurred screen, I was unable to format SD card. So still bad screen. I give up, will UPS today to ATT service for repair, Data hopefully will still be on ph after repair.
If the screen is white, how do you expect that I perform all of these actions on the phone???

But I didnt hold the lower button, I just hold the power button wirhought volume down and it worked, idk I use poco so maybe its different

The white screem has happened a couple times on my s20, restarting helped and sometimes I just left it and it comes back to normal
