Best handstand tutorials and follow alongs out there. You craft perfect explanations, and I just love this follow along, tremendously improved my flexibility and technique in a very short time 😍
Superb beginner tutorial Paul. Even though I've been hand standing on and off for a few years, learnt so much from it. Just discovered your channel so will be checking out HSPU and Press vids as well. Keep up the great content!!
Dorjey Namgail Jino is do something everyday. Full handstand session 3-6 x per week but stretch and do a few balances daily. It’s very dependent on your training history etc. start easier with less sessions and slowly increase each week as look as the body feels good
Seriously great video Paul!! I'm studying Sports' Science and I can see you really know your stuff! I came across a video of you on IG doing a super slow HS push up (damn impressive) and then checked out your profile. If I may ask, what is your background? Anyway, 1 more subscriber!
Saw your comment asking for suggestions. SinceI discovered Coach Christopher Sommer, I've been trying to improve my shoulder mobility and the bridge, but I've been only doing active and passive Hangs in a bar, (mainly passive). I Think this is a pretty common aspect that people in general want to improve on, if you have any suggestions, would love to see a video on that!
Great, glad you found it useful. Ive been a coach (personal trainer) since 2000. I started with traditional weight training, corrective exercise and then a bit of crossfit. 6 years ago I trained with Ido Portal and from then on swapped to bodyweight strength/handstands
@@PaulTwyman wooow It really shows you trained with Ido haha! Your type of training really reminded me of GymnasticBodies from Coach Sommer, and he also trained Ido waay back in the day so yeah, makes sense!
Hi Paul! Im a beginner here with 30 second HS wall hold. How do I train to increase the time? Do I train until fatigue per hold? Or do I stop before fatigue?
Hard to say 100% without assessing more. For most people I would program 2-3 sets of max chest to wall holds (with good form). Plus regular mobility, scapular conditioning drills and 1-2 strength movements

Can I use sliders for the Inchworm exercise?
Thanks
Yes sliders work as a good variation, Just make sure you are spending time in the compressed (torso to legs) position at the peak of the movement
