Imagine calling the most balanced new hero ever OP. Compared to every other hero who got released and were all super powerful, some of which have yet to be nerfed *_Ocelotl,_* she's practically bottom of the barrel because she has weaknesses and doesn't have almost every possible advantage in the game.
She's also absolutely a heavy, not a hybrid. Moveset dictates that, not perks.
