When my singer died from getting killed by another orc I screamed into the heavens in denial, he was my favorite orc next to the Machine. Have not been able to find another bard since then. This video brings back good, if not bittersweet memories.
Some of the Orcs you encounter, especially the very unique ones, are scripted to only ever show up once in your playthrough. I think "The Singer" is one of them.
If it makes you feel better, you could always do online vendettas or online conquests. It's a slim chance you will come across another one that way. I work on these when I look to find an enemy captain with a specific trait.
I just went back to listen to this and this reminds me of when I saw a dude with his brain showing and he said two mice and a kettle I was instantly wanting him in my army but then he died I killed the guy that killed him sure he was on my side but I hate it when they get in they way but he came back so once I recruited him I gave him the things he needed he is able to call in a caragors I think that's what they are called and he also calls in a that big dude I don't even know how to spell it bruh

Is it just me or is the Bard one of the only Uruks to actually adress Talion by his name, instead of "Gravewalker", "Ranger", "Tark", "Pinkskin" or various, more specified insults. Or "Buttons" and "Sticky Glue", if you find one of the more deranged ones.
I'm happy I have two singers one in Minas Morgul and another in Cirith Ungol. When I get a reassignment order i'll put them in the same area and together they'll dance and prance with merry-a glee as they stomp my enemies like minuscule fleas.

Even if he took a lot, it's not just them today, but their descendants. Because even something corrupted can breed...as disgusting as that sounds. But the second big thing is that these aren't orcs usually, but Uruks, the greater orcs, who are created entirely from dark magic and mud.
Honestly when I grew attached to a Nemesi, and i have to kill him, i get sad. In fact when they cheat Death and say:"did you miss me?" My answer would be yes.
I played this last night and got two bard orc's one from the end bridge and one from the beginning even though they are bad I still love having bard's no matter the stat
