If OROP is directly related to the last rank, then that benefit should be extended to the SS officers too. Pro rata pension would be more useful than NPS.

CAPF is advertising for posts of Asst Comdt which is equal to Capt rank whereas SSC Offr retiring aftr 10-14 yrs is at Maj or Lt Col rank with is equivalent to Dy Comdt / 2 IC rank. 4. An MBA from reputed college costs equal to savings in 10 yrs service which is also not sufficient to make one eligible as PSUs are asking for 2 yr MBA and no MBA College gives admission in two yr MBA course to an applicant with 10 plus yrs of experience. In comparison, a Permt Commission Offr are given study leave for 2 yrs with pay wherein they return aftr attaining degree and retire with pension (OPS).

I am NDA, I am NEC, I am INA, I am Rimco etc etc .. let there be one entry only like civil services so that there is less disparity amongst officers too... Latest disparity being in Territorial Army, where ex-officers of Navy and Air Force are being subject to pre-commissioning training at OTA Chennai and ex-Army officers are being exempted for the same in lateral selection. Bringing out this point, just go show the level of thinking these policy makers are having. This tendency of Yesmanship has drowned the essence of Armed Forces to mere boot licking organisation if you want to succeed and excel in Armed Forces.

It was for 5 years and then slowly and steadily extended to 14 years by successive governments. So incase if you patronise some political party, which is evident, question the leader of that party first.

Math inka komjor hai... Is hisab se aplog PC officers ke barabari nehi kor sakte kiuki entry level exam hi different tha.

You are highly mistaken and ill informed. For TA whether you are a from any of the tri services you have to do 6 months of pre commissioning training
