DISAPPEARING GoPro Mount with 360 CAMERA - Snowboarding Steamboat Colorado

- Shot entirely on the new GoPro Fusion! Chris Rogers and I go to Steamboat for a weekend with Alaska Airlines to see what we can find! Local legends Alex Pashley & Matt Bievenour take us up to Buffalo Pass to do some backcountry sledding, pow surfing, and snowboarding.
No gimbals were used & no stabilization or "pole removal" was done in post - this is all entirely automatic in GoPro Fusion Studio
Video was edited using GoPro Fusion Studio (stitching & stabilization), Adobe Premiere (editing), Adobe After Effects (Overcapture Editing & Graphics), & Davinci Resolve (color).

it seems to be automatically removed by the fusion studio and gopro mobile app when you stitch

@@tyscott7958 There's a small blind spot at the bottom of all 360 cameras so if you set up the camera parallel to the stick, the stick is in the blind spot and it makes it look invisible.

Hello Abe Kislevitz, your video is awesome! By looking the shadow on the snow, I notice you use a nice stick to stretch out the fusion from your helmet. Is that the stick on the back of your shoulder at 2:10? Can you share this product with me? Or if it is a self-made stick, how did you mount it on your helmet? Can you share your idea? I am considering mount my fusion on my car and stretch out it for a better camera position. Thank you!
I think itś a rotormount, but i don‘t know how he mounts the fusion on it. it has to be a special mount, because rhe fusion is in a complete angel of the rotor, only then the software stitches the mount out. Has someone an idea how the fusion is fixed?

Yo what swivel helmet mount we’re you using? I can’t seem to find any decent free spinning mounts.
Considering the fusion being the older model, the quick app wasn't possibly as good back then, and technology got a whole lot better by the time the Max came out, I wonder how long this video took Abe to edit.

Your editing is by far the best of the fusion. How did you edit this and not have all that crazy distortion everyone else seems to struggle with. Plus it's smooth as hell and not jittery...

true that... hahah nah, I used most of the clips I stitched. Nothing was over 1 min anyway
most youtubers with the fusion say rendering is a painful long process..... you didn't think so? i would love to get more info on that if possible

black gloves really helps give that immersion of flying camera. plain hand with black hole in it doesn't :P

Probably not the best place for this comment,, but would ask for advice,, I bought a hero6 black,, to use underwater.. the quality was so bad and all the edges distorted ( separate problem ).. that I used my gopro4 black and did much much better,, anyone knows what could be the problem??? thanks a lot..
