I love this so much Laura! I especially love it because I was all in just reading the title and I actually said, Oh wow! when I saw that it was your content. It’s the trifecta of yum for me! Narrowboats, paranormal and ritual baking!
Wonderfull episode, Laura. Good quality, nice story-telling and a good laugh for the keen eye (the aditional text with the photos 😅). And as always it's nice watching you and listening to you. 🥰 I have seen things happen that i couldn't rationaly explain, which did freak me out a bit. Yet i am not superstitious. Therefor i tend to search for a logical explenation for those things. However, i couldn't always find those logical explenations... 😨👻 Keeps the mind at work and sharp, though. 😊
I saw and heard a ghost in my sister’s house. It was built early 1900’s. Watched a shadow cross over the kitchen wallpaper from my place on the couch. In another early morning adventure, I closed the basement door and broke the house rule : don’t ever shut the basement door. A man in the 1930’s had hung himself in the basement. I shut the door. A boom came from the other side. I threw my comfort ice cream bar into the air and tear-assed my way to sleep in my niece’s room. In my early years we lived in house where I frequently would feel something was perceiving me and I would run to rooms others were in. I’m 62 now and it puzzles me up why no one ever found that odd. 😂
I a. A former marine, and do witchcraft of a traditional nature. Served on a ship that hax a spirit ghost. In the isle of alderney somone got crushes betwen ship and dockside. At odd times yoo coud see a shaddow of a seaman on the bridge watching things. At other time in a flat calm sea the crsws and officers quartes everythjng had been chucked out of draws and cupboards.
Do you ever meet any other boaters with interesting backgrounds or stories? That may make for some interesting content. Nothing fancy just an informal chat/interview type thing.
All the time! That’s not my remit however - I did think about doing something like this as a podcast (not just boaters but anyone who lives in an unconventional home) but I’m moving away from dedicated boat content.
@@Theritualkitchenahhh sorry I've been out of the loop for a little while being swamped with work lol. I should have realized that with the name change. Well whatever you do im here for it! The kitchen content is excellent and I swear when things slow down a bit for me I'm trying out some of your recipes, even tho I'm a horrible cook 😂

That sounds so creepy! I think having a basement or an attic would make me nervous - this is why I love boats haha
