Milk powder 15g
Caster sugar 35g
Instant yeast 4g
Salt 3g
Egg 45g
Milk 120g
Unsalted butter (soften) 30g
Cream filling
Cream cheese (soften) 150g
Caster sugar 15g
Cream 50g
Garlic filling
Unsalted butter 60g
Grated garlic 20g
Caster sugar 10g
Salt 2g
Parsley
Parsley flakes
** Preheat and bake at 175C/350F for 20 mins
** After topping with garlic and butter mixture, place the bread into the preheated oven, bake at 150C/300F for 8 mins
