Like it, so pretty! Making one today! Can you please send the link to your parfait yarn that you ordered online that was a super good deal? I would appreciate it a lot. Thank you
Hi Lisa, we got it from Amazon. All the yarn we picked up were "add on" deals. These come and go (which makes looking for them fun!) Sometimes they last a day, sometimes only a few hours. If you're on amazon much, you might want to put some things on your wish list that you're interested in and track them from there. If the price drops, or they become an add on deal, your wish list will reflect the changes in price :)
Love this sun I'm not making the blanket yet but would like to put this sun on a bag I'm going to make how would I go making this smaller to fit on my bag
Hi Linda, You can use both loops (of the top stitch side of each ray) or just the loop closes to the blanket edge, it's up to you. It won't effect how well it's sewn on :)

Hi Jackie! There's plenty of opportunity to practice sewing with this year's blanket :) Don't worry, even the most basic sewing skills are all you need and it will look great! Just remember to use the blanket loops that are just about underneath where the corresponding bit of the applique will sit once it's sewn down, that way the stitches will be smaller and mostly hidden :)
Hi jayda loving your haircut , loving the march sun appliqué , one problem 😱Iv every colour under the sun EXCEPT the colour of the sun lol , I will be getting some really soon , thank you been waiting for this , got my blanket out this morning hoping it might be today , I will be on it asap 😊Amanda xx
Hi Amanda! hmmm! This sounds like an excuse to do a little yarn shopping LOL :)
Jayda InStitches haha jayda you know me soooo well , I did get a few other colours while I was wool shopping lol , just incase , you know how it is 😂. Just finished my sun , in 3 shades of 💛😊Amanda xx
Wow amazing😍👍
And I just realized you and I have the same haircut....even the color matches perfectly 😂
It's nice and light!
How cute !!!
Love this sun I'm not making the blanket yet but would like to put this sun on a bag I'm going to make how would I go making this smaller to fit on my bag
Hi Jaday, you can try using a lighter weight yarn and a smaller hook, it will size down :)
It is beautiful, and what a delightful way to start! When sewing the appliqué onto the blanket, are we going through two loops of the suns rays?
Hi Linda, You can use both loops (of the top stitch side of each ray) or just the loop closes to the blanket edge, it's up to you. It won't effect how well it's sewn on :)
