The Yuji matchup is so needed (yes, it’s the guy you put in a domain lol) With him having been nerfed basically 7 times (since the domain kinda sucks in 1s and Fuga is a bootleg Hollow Purple), you’re almost always at a disadvantage having to cycle twice.
the mode vs mode advice is probably useless since gojo gets awakening way slower than everybody else so even if your winning they pop awakening while ur still in base and win (very balanced xd)
@@Kuna9s Really? Nobody really escapes it when I do it maybe I just fight people with bad ping. Ive also tried to escape it and couldn't. Maybe your right though idk
The toji matchup is so Real especially an above average toji would demolish any gojo at base and they get their mode faster and just spam side dash to easily dodge Hollow purple the only real way a gojo would win is if the toji idiotically uses Chain of a thousand miles allowing them to be hit by hollow purple

Toji has sword m1 range + Gojo has no gimmick in base to defend against it In mode Maximum output: Red can just get cancelled by Flash slashes, Palm strike is never being landed if they spam teleport dashes, Hollow purple is never being landed (Self explanatory to last point) Domain can just be broken
As a gojo (I use others but I’m probably better with gojo) Against tojis you wanna be defensive since the gun does a lot of damage so you could try endlagging their dashes with blue since you can’t counter blue Be careful when using downslam or uppercut into red as if they can side dash they’ll combo you If they block a lot then use fury barrage When you use mode you’re probably loosing but spam reversal red and if you somehow win m1 exchange then you can actually use the second move and maybe use your domain to stall the ult and If you used your ult second you might as well go for a hollow purple when you their ult ends
Sorry but if the toji is definitely decently skilled he’d have awakening on charged status and be able to side dash out of hollow purple. Imo it really boils down to the skill level of both players

in an awakening mirror match (gojo v gojo) let them pop domain first and instantly use hollow purple to kill them in their animation

Also, flame arrow doesn't damage but it stuns the user if it goes off close enough, so they cant dodge or pull out a domain to avoid purple

Just a general tip. Aslong a yuji or toji does not have a counter up. Blue into red. And blue into infinity is unescapable
blue into infinity is not true if they're on equal ping or better
