Another great project, well built miter station. I have a new Dewalt dws779 and was debating how to build the miter station and i am going to build it like the one you built. Excellent job. Thank you for sharing ( Stay Safe you & your family ) .
Nice cart for your new mitre saw, I'm sure you will get good use out of it. If you add a back panel to the cart then it will stop it racking from side to side when you use it, that should make it a lot more stable in use. :-)

Hey, Dude... I think you should add a back panel to keep the cabinet square. I have built a similar thing, with the back panel in the center of the cabinet, so i was able to mount a vacuum cleaner at the back...(shop update september 20).. Also i see disaster waiting to happen, with the castors....Better use a extra layer of panel or a hardwood board at the bottom to mount the castors onto....Other than that, i like the wing hight adjusting mecanism. Thats a great idea. Well done... Greets from Germany.
Thank you, yup i will upgrade will more storage and more acc for guide cut. For now i focus on precision level for extension wing coz really need this miter saw for next project

Seedaaaappp kakak... mitre saw baru, ouggghh sliding pula. Dibuatin mobile station pula, ada sayapnya pula.. lebar pula, gak takut tembus dong jadinya. Pake extrusion profile pula sayapnya.. tambah jantan, gagah membentang. Like an eagle wings.
