Very beautiful!! I am sure most of these people are gone, but thanks to them to show what our culture is about and the effort of what they represent for their tribes. Long, well they live in our hearts, and now it is up to us to continue to carry on our culture...#NativePride
the one thing I have notice is.....all the dancer and in general....all the Native peoples are not over weight....
I wonder if my grandparents are in that crowd. I have heard stories about how ceremonial used to be. Awesome to see a video of it.

Thanks, this is great. I lived in Gallup for many years and always went to the ceremonial parade and other festivities. This is a fine cultural event.

Im sure some of the elders in this video were alive in the late 1800's and most likely witnessed many horrible things done to the people.

My maternal grandpa was O’ODHAM & HUICHOL Indigenous Native American

El gobierno angloamericano, como antes asi era conocido, al acusarlos, por parte del gobierno mexicano, de querer invadir y apropiarse de Nuevo Mexico, argumentaba que no quería ese territorio, ni a sus nativos, que eran mexicanos.

Mi abuela materna es Europea Americana de Arizona. Yo entiendo perfectamente lo que quieres decir. Pero mexicanos son los nativos MEXICAS-NÁHUATL (AZTECAS) de donde ese imperio originalmente es en la NACIÓN HOPI en Arizona. Si somos mexicanos pero en nuestras tradiciones no Somo estado unidenses ni mexicanos somos solo APACHES, HUICHOLES, PAPAGOS, NAVAJOS, HOPIS.
