This is the best balance video on You tube thanks for this. I was a talented junior, high school and college golfer in the 1980's, played on ocasion in the adult years. But today I went to the range for the first time in about 15 yrs, and I was having issues falling forward at impact out of balance. Never had this problem before, but I am out of shape, need to work on flexibilty and cardio. I like the knee movement and toe heel sway drill as the pre-shot routine, gonna give it a try AND keep that head still during the backswing..

It's not like riding a bike that's for sure! Good luck with it all and thanks for the comment 👍
Thanks for all your hard work on creating these videos with me! Cheers!
My pleasure! And thank you too, mate! Cheers!
What is the name of the Drill at 6'05" ? (sorry but my English is not good enough to catch it ;-) )
The issue isn’t you. I speak English as a first language and I don’t know what he’s saying. It sounds like Heads Tells Feets.
7:06 finally figured it out later in the video.
Head Still Feet Still
Basically, keep your head still, and on the down swing, keep your feet still.
I'm shanking the ball and when I've recorded my swing I always notice at the top of my backswing my right heel is raised. Could this be the issue
Yes absolutely! Work on getting enough depth of hip turn in the backswing
