- She did it!

Sofie, well done.
That moment when a Slipknot interview becomes a cooking program.
'If it tastes bad I spit it out.'
'Kneed dough and clear the stove of leek.'
'I push my fingers into my pies.'
I don't know why, but Corey's voice is so calming :)
Corey is just a great guy, normal but cool, saw him at graspop, was amazing
Corey in Slikpknot outfit telling about his lasagna recipe... Some things you just can't imagine before they happen.
Sid has been teaching Corey's son to dance
+OsamaBenLlama Indeed. That's the only logical explanation for his impeccable dancing abilities. It's definitely not genetic, we know that much.
Great job by Sofie. Too many people ask the same old questions of Corey, and she got the best out of him. But one thing of note: he does NOT have a five-and-a-half octave vocal range!
+Zeke Iddon I've seen different listings for Corey's vocal range. Recently (Eb1-C7) from a somewhat credible source with no reason for vocal bias- www.vintagevinylnews.com/2014/05/digging-deeper-axl-rose-is-not-singer.html - I've also seen him listed as (F♯1-C7) on the Range Place. Both are in the five octave range. Check out his cover of Van Halen's 'Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love' with Camp Freddy on RUclips or his cover of the Guns N' Roses track 'It's So Easy'. Or recently, Stone Sour's cover of 'Love Gun' from the Meanwhile in Burbank covers EP. Corey definitely has range. Try singing 'Scissors' and then singing 'Love Gun'... it's not fuckin' easy. All I'm saying is- don't rule Corey out that easily. He's very versatile. And versatility usually translates to a high vocal range.
I don't buy it. He's absolutely a versatile singer and has an amazing vocal range - I'm not denying that - but 5 and a half octaves is literally incredible. That VNN article is about the only source for the claim, and it's backed up in any way whatsoever.
Perhaps they've clocked some weird notes in his high pitched Vol. 3 screams along with abnormal lows in his gutteral Scissors-like shit, but those don't count as sung notes.
+Zeke Iddon If they're controlled modulated notes, of course they do. If Corey's cleanly hit highs and grumble/distorted/sung low notes don't count, then Mike Patton's notes shouldn't count either- same with any vocalist. Surely that's a double-standard. I've followed Corey's work with Slipknot, Stone Sour- and all his side stuff for as long as I can remember. I know from the outside looking in, it might seem unlikely. But from the inside looking out- it really isn't shocking. I assume there are people that feel the same way about Patton's vocal range, Halford's vocal range, or felt the same way about Dio's vocal range. At the end of the day- none of us know for sure. As I said before- don't rule Corey out.
One off the best vocals in the metalscene respect
Love his books! Love his songs! Love his bands (especyaly slipknot) ! Love his lyrics! Love his carisma! Damn, one of the icons in rock history today!

“I’m gonna make him be a lawyer”
That was funny
*ring ring ring* *Corey opens door* ... O.O 1000000 Fans of Slipknot infront of his house waiting for Lasagna. *corey be like.. God damn statements..*

What a good interviewer, loved the questions and Corey was great as always
(Inc mij)
Since when does Corey "kindly" disagree with all due respect to?
IV-I-XIV-XIV since he is a human, education is a bless
IV-I-XIV-XIV I +1'd because of your avatar.
True that! Just haven't seen any recent interviews and from what I remember in the old interviews Corey was always a bit edgy so to say hehe..
Thanks a bunch man! Hail Vinnland!
He's such a cool guy
He’s a really cool guy!.
I saw slipknot back around 2007, back in Auckland, I think, we’ll close that that date at some powerhouse venue. I did miss them at their recent sound wave, that’s because they placed five good bands at the same fucking time 😂. His son likes underground Japanese rock, he’s also a cool guy!.
Didn't expect a lasagna recipe out of this, what a pleasant interview
SLIPKNOT !!!!! BESTE BAND OOIT
Inderdaad :)
Inderdaad :)
he's great on his QI episode as well.
Cool guy.
SLIPKNOOOOT

The funny thing is that Corey’s son has a rock band and didn’t become a lawyer 🙃
Now his son also hase a successful band💀

is it just me or is corey very drugged on coke during this interview?
Emile-Arthur Oosterlynck corey has been sober for a lot of years so no he is just excited.
In the sublimatie verses era he did a lot of drugs
