      There's a lot of problems with them. The problem is they will not have any competitive viability outside of veidos himself as a potential ht. That's what people mean when they say these suck. There's a lot of issues with not being able to get back the traps, the quick play being awful, and spearhead being awful.

    • @BloodsCaress
      @BloodsCaress 8 месяцев назад +5

      because they aren't getting paid to say they're decent. jokes aside it's because most of the "pro" players won't pick up something new. TCG players are lazy. We try so hard to define our meta solely off of the OCG instead of trying to be original. It's why I like players like Joshua Schmidt who tends to bring some originality to the meta.

    • @johnnickfanaccount3492

      @@BloodsCaress this isn't really true, tcg innovates way more on stuff the ocg doesn't do. It's just pretty obvious ashened sux

    • @BloodsCaress
      @BloodsCaress 8 месяцев назад +2

      @@johnnickfanaccount3492 It's 100% true. The TCG constantly defines it meta off of the OCG. Few innovations are ever made and when they are it's because of the banlist and not players choosing to be original. They see a deck that is already winning and everything else gets ignored. If you can't see that, I'd suggest paying more attention to the competitive scene.

      @@BloodsCaressI don’t know man, Ocg and Tcg are so fundamentally different in terms of the banlist that comparison shouldn’t be made to begin with. Stuffs like runick spright, Naturia runick, Prank-kid adventurer DPE, Casino Tear-lament, Infernoble Mikanko are all TCG unique deck.

    Prior to LEDE, I was running Ashened with Volcanics and Kaijus. Kaijus offer the deck spot removal to deal with things like Baronne and to have reliable removal for Veidos, should Hero not be present. Kaijus can also be reclaimed by Ashened for Eternity. Volcanics also have their own options to pop Veidos pretty easily. I also wasn't running any hand traps, instead leaning towards board breakers (the only hand trap was Veidos lol). I did this to get significant value from removal and keep things simple.
    I love Infernal Flame Banshee in Ashened, being a rank 4 pyro lets it still be quite useful, prior to LEDE I'd use it from Priestess search King and King play Priestess from deck (I'd use Banshee to pitch Volcanic Emperor) With LEDE, Banshee is even more accessible for Ashened with the number of level 4s available. Shaman also frees up more Ashened cards to be banished for Volcanic Emperor and even play under Shifter.
    The Bombardment Phoenix fusion monster is still quite usable if you pack some Jizukiru Kaijus (the 3300 atk machine Kaiju).
    With Snake Eye decks leaning towards hand looping players, I'll probably move away from board breakers for hand traps to avoid this problem, though I'm not sure how good they'd be.

    There are some 3 card lines where you don't get access to fusion veidos but you do get access to princess and earlie alongside the hero pop on veidos. It sequences quite well if you're able to lead with princess since you can make earlie point to hero. I'm not sure whether its better to dump everything into big veidos or have more layered distuption to set up fusions on turn 3

    Have you guys considered a Crystal Beast Package with Foolish Burial Goods? FBG is basically another version of Awakening Of Veidos for the deck that also leaves a Banshee on field and an Ultimate Crystal monster on hand that can be used for discard for things like Superpoly or Droplet. Includes the following:
    -3 Foolish Burial Goods
    -1 Rainbow Bridge Of Salvation
    -1 Sappire Pegasus
    -1 Crystal Beast Rainbow Dragon
    -1 Level 4 Crystal Beast
    -1 Ultimate Crystal (Rainbow Dragon or Dark Rainbow Dragon)
    How it works:
    -Active FBG, send Bridge of salvation.
    -Banish Salvation, add Obsidium and Sappire Pegasus
    -Normal Pegasus, place Crystal Beast Rainbow Dragon in S&T zone.
    -Banish CB Rainbow Dragon from S&T, Special Summin Level 4 Crystal Beast from Deck and add the Ultimate Crystal.
    -Xyz into Banshee, detach to add Veidos.
    It is at the cost of a Normal Summon, but this deck rarely does it, and it doesnt lock you into Pyros, so you might potentially do some other plays with cards in hand before comitting to the Veidos combo. I hope this helps out.

    2 notes on the first combo. You were talking about adding spearhead off extinguishing and it cannot, it can send spearhead but it can only add veidos king or hero at this point because it has to add a lvl 5 or higher. Also the other fusion (emebrs) will be destroyed by veidos effect if you choose to activate it, it's not a big deal but tis worth mentioning since you seemed to imply that it would stick around. Nice job getting these combos out fast super excited to see more from this deck

      an additional note, Fusion Veidos can send any ashened card, so what your supposed to send to the grave there is the trap card, or the field spell if you have it. You still get the pop either way though.

    Could be reading it wrong but to me the Veidos Fusion says 2+ lvl9 or lower. The key point being the +. So surely with Ashened to Endlessness activated you can use every single monster on the table lvl9 or lower (assuming all will be Pyro at this stage) and give the Veidos fusion an insane attack bonus?? Nobody else is talking about this so it makes me think I've read it wrong?

    • @pumpcards
      @pumpcards  7 месяцев назад

      You are right, the problem is, there is no way to make the opponents monster pyro in his turn. So you would need a set ashened to endlessness in your graveyard and one on the field and there is no good way to make it consistently. Also the field spell making them pyro on your turn doesn’t help either

    Feel like it's better to run 3 shifter over vailer and bump the number of rekindling of ashened I have a day of testing in n it's actually vary good couse u don't care about shifter , and it says card not monster like shaman so u can recover the eternity and trap fusion card if it gets cycloned or else , also wouldn't be the forest idea in the world u find space for 3 nibs , teraforming is not good couse droll is still a thing then u don't get priestess search n it's-1 kinda, and also , obsidim says destroyed or banished so if u used shifter and u activate obsidim over face up obsidim , obsidim will be banished n u will get special summon , just some thing I noticed after a day of testing

      Probably archetypes that do have to special summon much before getting out their boss monster and archetypes that suffer against destruction. Also this counters archetypes that rely on their field spell like mannadium. It could be good against tearlaments if they use Perlereino. Yeah good list. But try the melodious engine with it. Where you go to your 2 pendulum links to get banshee and apollousa and get through your ostinato field spell and veidos. And then your normal combo. Its pretty good. And i would play king on 2 or 3 and embers on 3. So you have enough follow up. On your turn one king and then on enemys turn on king. And maybe you got a third for your turn then. I guess it would work well. But i need to buy it, what i will defenetly do, and then try it. But pure this deck list looks solid. I hope it get one or two good cards ro make this deck sometving like tier 1. But it should be pretty good at the moment. And the best thing is it is kinda good against snake eyes and no one would tvink of you playing it😂

    wouldn't make Summon-Breaker more sense as a field-Spell to give the enemy with Set-Rotation?
    Also I would't play terraforming since we already have 9 ways to get the field-spell out. Would actually consider playing a TTT.
    Also if you are going second, Set-rotation might be useless, change it out for more going-second board-breakers
