Yeah, literally every 7-3 year old comment on old Northlane videos is about how Marcus sucks. Actually discovered Northlane 3 days ago and seeing into both old and new songs and I find bangers in both eras, a few more in the old era, but the roundhouse sydney concert is fantastic.

I remember briefly checking them out but not being interested at the time. Just started going through their discography now and I'm definitely becoming a fan lol.
The first album with him was a little rough, not sure if that album pretty much already written or not. He got a lot better by Mesmer and has really shined in the new industrial metalcore sound they've taken on.
Usually "Live Music Video" means it's live footage used as the official music video for a studio release, as opposed to a directed/scripted video like the one made for Echo Chamber. If it said "Live Performance" or just "Live at __________" then you could assume the entire video/audio was captured live.

@@brandonduduk8958 Sorry i don't understand any Word of your comment (i am italian). what I can tell you is simply that every part of this song is amazing. from the intro, the sound of the distortion, the main guitar riff, the way the drums play on the accents slavishly following the rhythm of the riff and indirectly creating this very particular groove on a normal 4/4 rhythm. the verse, the rhythmic play between the bass stroke and the kick drum, the liberating chorus, clearly melodic but not even that obvious, let's say rather particular, this band has written many fantastic songs and many brilliant riffs, yet this song seems to be the summa and the perfect sublimation of all their strong points. summarized in 4 minutes. my definitive heavy song.

this song is a perfect mixture of the Node/Mesmer era, and Singularity, this is what i expected after Mesmer, since i didn't enjoyed Alien, this is just perfect
The first song I listened to by y’all was Solar; the fucking acoustic version. Now I’m here listening to alien and obsidian for hours in chronological order while I’m working. It's true Marcus brings so much to the table, however I still prefer the Adrian era and nothing can change that for me.
