Oh, trust me. They're not going to like it when they watch Spider-Man No Way Home movie.
There are differences between the movie and the comics:
- In the comics, Cletus has no emotions. he is a completely ruthless person.
- In the comics, Cletus burned down the orphanage when he was a child, killing the other orphans.
- in the comics, Cletus got the symbiote when he and Eddie were cellmates. Venom went in search of Eddie and joined him to escape, but a piece of Venom remained in the cell and mixed with cletus' blood, creating Carnage.
- In the comics, Cletus and Carnage are fully compatible. they are a perfect symbiosis

Idk about Kassidy not loving Shriek, in the Deadpool vs Carnage comic he was pretty distraught and in shock when Deapool tricked Carnage into almost killing Shriek, he even held her in his arms. Yes their relationship is toxic and unhealthy but I don't think it's to the degree of Joker and Harley.
I dont read comics but i hear people always talking about how great Carnage is so i was really let down by this Carnage, he wasnt a great villian in this, wasted opportunity and dont get me started on Shriek, that voice she had was terrible...

@@ShadowWizard Still just his regular suit turned inside out, We saw it in Homecoming when Ned disabled the "baby step program" or whatever is was called. The "golden web" is just the wirings. Why it's inside out & having a spell by Strange... well we gotta wait and see. But it's not a new suit.

Cletus and carnage were possibly the best symbiotic relationship there ever was. Idk how I feel about them not liking each other.
The offspring of a symbiote is always more powerful than its parent, also - Carnage was a red one. This means that he bonded with his host's blood down to the cellular level, which basically makes them the same entity, unlike with Venom who is more like a passenger in Eddie's body. This makes Carnage a lot more powerful as well as eliminates a lot of the weaknesses that normal symbiotes have.

Venom might help Spider-Man vs the sinister 6 in next Spider-Man or in a future film. They could do it like Batman vs Superman they fight then team up to fight a bigger enemy together
Or he might be a part of the Sinister 6. No one knows who the 6th villain is in No Way Home. Tom Hardy is in the cast tho as Eddie Brock but not Venom.
since venom wants to devour a spider and the spider has a completely different plot that needs to be shown and time is limited
I wanted to like this, but it just came up short in so many ways. I understand why they went PG-13, but I really think this hurt the film.I was hoping for something more psychotic, considering Harrelson’s part in Natural Born Killers, hell even Zombieland, but he felt like a minor threat in this. But, it’s Marvel so you can’t rock the boat too much.

Michelle you're absolutely right, this version of Venom will be in Spider-Man: No way home in December. How can Larry not understand Marvel post-credit scenes after all this time? And the black suit Spider-Man in that trailer was far different from Tobey Maguire's black suit Spider-Man... It even seemed to have some kind of Tech maybe "Black Armored Spider-Man"? And for Marvel it would be smarter to bring Tom Hardy rather than Christopher Grace (Sam Raimi's Venom actor) to the MCU.
They are not showing Venom in No Way Home... Maybe Spiderman 4 but definitely not in a movie that already has so many characters. Why would they blow the anticipation of Venom in a movie that already has so many cool old school villains and heroes? It makes the impact of Venom coming to the MCU small in comparison.

@@KawansiAdli Haven't seen the movie yet, but i knew there was no way Venom would be in this one. It just doesn't make sense, business wise, to plop Venom in a movie that is already hyped to the max.
Having Venom and Spiderman interact, is instant hype and tickets sold for their next movie.

The biggest problem for me in this movie is Cletus' and Carnage's relationship. In the comics they had perfect symbiosis, probably the strongest bond out of all the symbiotes, so much so that the Carnage symbiote acted like Cletus and Cletus' blood was fused to Carnage. Dispite that I enjoyed the movie.
I thought the first Venom was okay but this was god damn awful

Venom will most likely be a tease for the next Spiderman (4) movie and be shown in the end credits of No Way Home. But it's really interesting how Venom talks about how the symbiots share hive knowledge across UNIVERSES, that could mean that Venom ("our" Venom) knows about how Tobey's Spiderman killed that version of Venom in Spider-Man 3.
But yeah.. a pg-13 Carnage was a joke.. but I'm happy they are done with it and can move on to the MCU now
No Way Home will hit teaters on 15-18 December depending on where you live (and like early 2022 for some asian countries) but it will take 4-5 months until we see a bluray/digital release so sometimes in April/May 2022 so I hope you guys actually tries to watch it in teater if possible (I know Bulgaria still is a bit of a shit show when it comes to corona tho) and not wait for the actual release just for the reaction. This movie will be huge, even bigger than End Game. To compare, Eternals came out on November 3 in teaters and will be release on bluray/digital early Feb 2022.
Ellie could also be right when she says that Dr Strange spell can cause big issues and other people "falling" into other universes. We don't know the consequences of the spell so far... what we know is the title of the next Dr Strange movie.. "Multiverse of madness" so... shit will probably hit the fan and result in chaos. There is also roumers of big reshoots of that movie to "visit" other famous universes (xmen, fantastic 4 etc) so... guess we will have to wait and see.

The black suit in spiderman trailer has gold on it, so most likely not venom but a different suit specifically designed to fight a certain enemy. Also agree he has good chance to be in it, we have 5 villains in this movie, we need a 6th, and marvel like to alter trailers to hide spoilers. Infinity war showed hulk fighting in wakanda when it was actually banner in hulk buster

When Venom said “hive mind across universes” and then swapped universe… he recognized Spider-Man… because he knows A Spider-Man already… Tobey Maguire Spider-Man from ANOTHER universe. Spider-Man 3 black suit was Venom… so because of the multiverse hive mind, this Venom knows what Spider-Man 3 Venom knows.

This movie is a parody. The amount of mistakes here is enormous:
-Too much jokes, one followed by the other, between Venom and Brock
-The script is terribly mediocre
-The rivalry between Venom and Carnage is very poorly developed
-The relationship between Michelle Williams’ character and Eddie Brock is not clear, really bad developed. As the hatred of Cletus Kasady for Eddie.
- Unbearable characters like the cup and Michelle Williams’ husband which are totally unnecessary to the storytelling and have no relevance.
- Moments with horrendous CGI
- Carnage has very little screen time
And a lot of other things that are just done for entertaining, not for making a good film
K, go make a better one, we'll wait.

Hey Guys, glad u finally saw it, Venom will be in next Spider-Man movie in December, sorry Larry but every insider that has worked on this movie has said he is in it. Once again it hasn't been shown in trailers but i think we all know Andrew Garfield Spidey, Tobey McGuire Spidey and Venom will be in it. I dont know how big is role will be but it should be cool even if its only for a few minutes...Maybe it will mean one of the 3 Spider-Men will be in Venom 3 but who knows..Cant Wait! I didnt like this one as much as the first, Venom and Eddie are still amazing together but i thought Carnage was a real let down and Shriek his girlfriend was one of the worst villians i have seen in years..Glad u liked it though..
