That other group you noticed at the end of the MV was for SM's female "Avengers" girl group, GOT The Beat, which consists of BOA (1st gen), and 2 members each from Girls Generation (2nd gen), Red Velvet (3rd gen), and aespa (4th gen). The 2 MV releases you should check out from that collab group are "Step Back" and "Stamp On It". I guarantee it will blow your mind...!
The "I love Winter" line is fun because of aespa's member being named Winter so it's not just declaring love for the season but for the member as well.

It is a live perforamnce. There are more then 6 Cameras on the Set including a Camera on a Crane. The Camera director directs which camera to switch to in realtime, while the performance is ongoing. Thats why you have those "cuts". The Perforamce itself is done with the song playing at ~30% volium compared to the mics and the performers sing over the song or chose to lipsinc. They do the performce 2 times, the first one beeing the rehearsal, manly for the camera diractor to prepare the shots for the atual live stage later on.
With SM and YG it's always hard to know how much is live and how much is not. Like with all kpop theres always a heavy backing track on promotion stages, but on top of that these luxuary companies like SM and YG have unique backing tracks for stages, which means you can't MR remove the videos. Usually you can isolate the vocals and backing track by letting AI remove the parts that are identical to the studio version, but when they have studio versions that are unique to live stages we won't be able to hear the live vocals behind the backing track. They likely did sing live when filming this, SM idols especially tend to look really bored when they lip synch so surely they actually sugn when recording it, but I doubt we're hearing much of that here. Sometimes when filming promotion stages the groups usually do the performance 3 times, then they pick and choose which of the performances had the best vocal performance and which one had the best visual performance, usually theres not enough difference to just pick one performance then air it, but sometimes they will take the sound from one performance and stitch it onto the other because maybe the one that sounded best had a couple of dancing mistakes or whatever. But when they fully lipsynch I think they just do it once and thats very apparent on how bored the idols are. The only ones who truly know whats up are the ones who were there, because there is usually an audience for promotion stages who get to see it all. Aespa has some funny clips of basically doing standup in between the rehearsals. Regarding this performance specifically I think it was during covid so the concert was for sure pre-recorded and just broadcasted since there wouldn't be an audience anyway.
They have a few, not a lot, of dance practice videos in the official RV channel. They did for Rookie, Umpah Umpah, Look and Feel my Rhythmn. Forgot if there were others
The best Christmas song by a Kpop group os Red Velvet's "Wish Tree." There is no official video, but there is a fan-made video that SM and RV both adopted as the official one, which is great. RV has been supporting the LGBT community since 2015.
