So I got curious and decided to -torment- challenge myself by counting up how many marbles made it to the end for each color. Yes this meant rewatching the ending 24 times, and I'm not 100% certain on the totals for the top 12, but here's the totals I've got. Scores will be ordered by in-video placement, then sorted into quantity.
Red = 8
Teal = 6
Yellow = 7
Purple = 5
Lavender = 4
Magenta = 4
Monochrome = 4
Orange = 7
Lime = 5
Olive = 3
Salmon = 7
Rainbow = 3
Cyan = 7
Navy = 4
Green = 4
Brown = 3
Gray = 5
Tan = 7
Pink = 3
Indigo = 4
Maroon = 4
White = 3
Blue = 3
Violet = 2
Red still gets first with a grand total of 8 marbles, making them the winner no matter how you look at it!
Yellow, Orange, Salmon, Cyan, and Tan all squeeze in a grand total of 7 marbles by the end, which is especially impressive for 18th placer Tan!
Teal is the only one to sink 6 marbles in total, giving second a solo spot!
Purple, Lime, and Gray all sink 5 before the video ends!
Lavender, Magenta, Mono, Navy, Green, Indigo, and Maroon sink a grand total of 4 in! At 7 teams, this is *also* the most popular number of marbles sunk!
Olive, Rainbow, Brown, Pink, White, and Blue meanwhile sink the bare minimum 3 in to achieve victory! Maybe they'll get more next time.
And finally, Violet achieves the most bizarre and unique place of only 2 marbles! This makes them both last on the board AND last in quantity, which is a pity since they would have had a third if given a few more seconds...

@@sphericalcat1434 they didn't. i went through that part frame by frame, the floor just opened under violet with no discernible reason.

That claw was pretty unreliable. It regularly missed all the marbles and couldn’t grab them all. Lime was the very first marble there but then was basically stuck there the rest of the race

Red was the first to get three to the end. The crane trapped a brown marble. There needs to be another race like this, but adding a wall teleporter near the base of the crane.
Brown got unstuck though, and the other two marbles weren’t even at the finish so that’s irrelevant. Besides, these videos are made daily, so I doubt there was any spare time to add anything like that.
Other people choosing colours: Yellow is my favourite colour!
