Here's the basic procedure:
1. Trees are grown using a natural fertilizer, and they are shot down by a turret at frequent intervals. The root stock, trunk remnants, and fruits then slide into an underground chamber.
2. The tree remnants go through a water filter, where the lighter seeds float to a vacuum collector to be made into fertilizer, while the heavier items, those being the fruits and trunk remnants, sink through to the next stage.
3. The items are sifted, where the fruits proceed onwards, while the trunk remnants are processed into fertilizer for future trees.
4. Seeds are extracted from the fruits. Some of these seeds will be fed back to the tree farm, while others will proceed on to the next stage.
5. The seeds are injected with a serum that alters the properties of the future plant.
6. The seeds go to a second tree farm, which works similarly to the first. However, these trees grow heads instead of fruit.
7. The heavier heads pass through another water filter, with the trunk remnants being made into fertilizer.
8. The heads go into a pool of tadpoles. Once there, a tadpole will take residence in a head, thus giving it life.
9. The heads are sorted by colour into dedicated vials. However, do bear in mind that heads may occasionally fall into the wrong vials if one of them overflows.
10. The heads undergo a sort of quality control test. Heads that are too slow will be crushed.
11. The heads are given bodies using a special serum. Presto! Now you have a human!
12. The humans are encased in tough balls impervious to any potential tampering attempt. Don't want these fragile beings being tampered with now, do we?
13. The humans are then launched to wherever they are needed. Have fun!
I love that story of that human creating technology like the first to the last!
What happens if one of the lighter objects which were supposed to be turned into fertilizer passes through the filter and into where the heavier ones are supposed to go?

It’s interestingly creepy and they grow wiggly bodies I find it absolutely fascinating!
I really enjoyed this one. At about 5:45, where the heads are being sorted by colour, some sort of scan line to scan the colour might have been a neat touch (to show it's not random, which I thought it was in the first row).

0:00 Seeds are planted on a frame of extremely concentrated temporal fertiliser, which makes the plants grow in seconds.
0:05 After growing, the plants are annihilated with a Vortex 9000™ Energy Cannon, which disassembles the fruits, stem and seeds
0:50 Using a highly sophisticated water tube suspended in air, the fruits and stem are separated from the seeds, which are less dense.

6:35 After mixing, the heads are ready to undergo quality testing. The course is designed to test the heads properties such as center of mass, hardness, bounciness, weight and size. It will also test the head's motor skills. If a head fails the course or looks malformed it will be crushed. Fortunately, the heads do not have any sort of nervous system.
8:00 The heads are treated with a cocktail of hormones and nutrients that accelerate limb growth, extracted from an axolotl.
9:25 They are transported to pods to be sent to Mikathor
10:25 They go through the TUBE and are finally launched into space.

I have seen a bit of videos and i think i found a hidden story, It you Watch these videos in this order they tell a story, 1-escape from the predators (tadpoles). 2-escape from the tree pandemic (marble race). 3- human factory (this video). 4- the Nightmare (bicycle race), this Is the story of a type of creature that was hunted by a predators, then It mecome a predator and hunted other species, then It tried to bio-ingenearing itself, and for last the creatures that they created with bio-ingenearing had take over them and they needed to run. This Is the story that i see in this sequence of videos, maybe you see another one, of you think i'm correct like the commento.
