And then a high being appears in the squid creature's world to begin a harvest of the already unimaginable intelligent creatures for who knows what, maybe perfume for the higher creatures or something.
The best part of any Factory video is the environmental storytelling. "All this that happens is just one of many production lines just like it, feeding into this other process. And this other process is just one of many production lines doing the same thing, all for this one purpose. And this one purpose is just one of many..." It really underscores the sheer _scale_ of the facility.

Each alien has 400 human brains in its brain core. Assuming the second alien follows the exact same process (unlikely, but in the absence of further information...) each super alien has 400 regular alien brain cores, for a total of 160,000 human brains each.
