Fun Fact:- ChennaPoda was eventually a mistake by the head chef, Sudarshan. At night, He had added little sugar to the leftover chena and put it in low flame. He forgot to turn off the flame and it eventually was on gas in low flame till the next morning and that is how the poda part came. And to everyone's surprise, it tasted better than the normal chinni chenna🥰❤

Recently I came across one of your videos and now I am like hooked on your channel. I love your efforts behind every video to make it perfect.I know it very well that how it must've been difficult to involve yourself with things you didn't know before or people you can hardly communicate . It doesn't make it look like you are an outsider and I like that you don't compare or sugarcoat things . You just give honest reviews for things as it looks to you . Especially in this video your mom's efforts made me fall in love with her . She cooked all the Odia food although it is very similar to bengoli cooking but she carefully looked up to all the details and made it totally perfect. I really appreciate all people in your videos.
