    Ingredients

    Method
    1. Prepare the Potatoes:
    Wash the potatoes thoroughly, keeping the skin on. Pat them dry.

    Using a fork, poke holes in the potatoes and make a cross cut with a knife on top.
    Apply the oil mixture all over the potatoes.
    Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe dish, cover with a lid, and microwave on high for 10 minutes.
    2. Crisp the Bacon:
    Cook the bacon until crispy using an air fryer.
