why is having tweeters on the inside bad? woofers outside seems more intuitive as low frequencies are first in the spectrum 🤷♂ also, tannoy make some legendary speakers with tweeters in the center of the woofer! so does it really matter?
It’s basically because the woofer takes care of the lows and lows are predominantly mono and highs tend to be more stereo. so having the woofer on the outside is counterintuitive in theory
@ yes ok, now we're talking! i also found out that having tweeters out, angled at ear level will have the highs hit your ears first, without being drowned out by the bass! which makes sense, but in the video those speakers aren't at ear level, so it doesn't matter in that case!

9th Wonder has never been seen in anything Fresh ever lol he gotta be the most uninspiring dressed producer on the planet and anybody with a lick of sense knows not to put the tweeters on the inside smh
Placing tweeters on the inside of a speaker pair, particularly when speakers are positioned horizontally, generally leads to a more focused and precise soundstage, creating a stronger center image by directing high frequencies more directly towards the listener, which is important for vocals and critical sound details; this is because high frequencies like those produced by tweeters are more directional than lower frequencies and can be affected by reflections from side walls if positioned on the outside. 😏😏😏
The highs is where all the stereo information is though if you put the tweeters on the inside you should spread your speakers further apart so you are able to get a better stereo image.
A small boxy untreated room is still a small boxy untreated room. If you know what your room and speakers sound like then it really shouldn’t matter. I used to get good mixes after a few years in a room. I moved my stuff and everything was terrible for a while. It’s still pretty bad. Speaker position matters but not it’s not all that unless your room is right. If you just moved into an apartment yesterday and set up the speaker position isn’t really going to matter. Maybe room correction software would help but again with that position isn’t going to matter.
9th Wonder is the King of Rythmn Roulette 👑.

People commenting talking about chopping up drum loops is getting rid of the heavy lifting. That's the whole point. Easier is better. As long as the beat comes out dope, who cares.
Hip Hop itself was born from using drum breaks, a lot of producers/beat makers do it, DJ Khalil use them as well.
It's not that he's being lazy. He probably just makes his own drum breaks. I myself make my own library of 4 bar drum loops.
