Yeah, she's 65, obviously won't sound as good as she did in her prime. People should be glad for having one more (perhaps the last) chance to see her live. As a young Brazilian fan, it's unlikely I'll ever get to see her. 😢
@Vinioliver28 I've been collecting and seeing Sioux for 40 years... she inspired countless female front women and vocalists ... she does not have the voice she did years ago.. but if people really care about that, they aren't a fan. We should be fortunate she will now grace us with her presence live. She's not back for the money. That's not her style. Never was.
Speaking of someone inspired by Siouxsie...Robert! He never wore makeup in his early days. After he left SATB... that's when the lipstick and heavy porcelain foundation started.
This past year, I've been listening so much to The Banshees and Creatures discography. I know her voice isn't the same, but I wish I had the chance to see her live!! She's a true icon with a unique, creative output❤
She is an untouchable Icon. We are lucky that she's gathered the will to grace us again with her presence. I know it sounds like idol worship but credit must be paid.
You know, I can deal with the older voice, but her timing is late. I thought it may have been a fluke on another show I watched, where she was late on everything - I thought maybe her monitoring was off somehow, but she definitely lags with her delivery. It's strange.
@@vincentruvo6988 I don't think anyone loves Siouxsie more than I. I'll follow her to the grave. First time I saw her was in the late '80's with the Banshees and then in the mid '90's with The Creatures. She's a goddess. I'm just glad she's still doing it.
Last time she performed it was already "strange" (to be polite). Now it's embarrassing. I really adore her but this is really disappointing. Changing the keys didn't help, she's still out of tune a lot. Sorry.
Guess I have conflicting thoughts about her tour. She is like a great athelete that thinks they have another year of excellence left but performance becomes a pitiful remember of what once was great is a now a memory. That conflicts with my wanting to see her again but in her glory which is now impossible. Siouxsie, an amazing talent...yesterday.
you do realise she is 65, has severely injured her voice in the past and was a smoker? ofc her voice isn’t going to sound the way it did in the 80s and 90s. Anyone who thought different is just stupid.
Well, your appear to expect the same form her when she was younger and still performing all the time. She is changed and it's normal. You don't have to judge only because it's different.
you don’t have to go? personally, i’m not bothered about the quality of her voice, she is 65 after all and smoked for a long time. I dont think it’s that bad at all, considering. And i would KILL for tickets to see her. But unfortunately all the glasgow tickets disappeared quicker than I could get to them. People ought to be grateful for the opportunity to see her live again
Review: Siouxsie Sioux sounds in Paradiso like a karaoke visitor with just one glass of wine too much Siouxsie Sioux, the singer of Siouxsie and the Banshees in the seventies and eighties, is back on stage after a long absence. In Paradiso she unfortunately sang pitifully out of tune. Review Amsterdam newspaper......
You did what better exactly? So you recorded a gig on a cassette better 45 years ago? Maybe you should just be grateful Siouxsie is still performing and someone took the effort to capture it on video. Another negative-self righteous complainer, next!
There is no female singer on this earth who holds the power, the punk attitude and voice like Siouxsie Sioux.
She still rocks!!!
She is still so cool. The world is a happier place for me with Siouxsie performing in it.
The ICE Queen is back! If i see one person complain....

It looks like she still puts on a fantastic show with great stage presence. I hope she comes to my city
Robert Smith is 64 and his voice is almost the same most of the time. Songs are still played in the same key. Excesses? Both ride the same train.

I like siouxsie Sioux style she is the Queen of punk rock 🌹🌹🌹❤️❤️❤️⭐⭐⭐🎤
The Classiest 🙏
A living legend and for me the godmother of darkness - remains unrivaled for me and I'm really happy for her and her band 🖤🍷
I love what shes wearing!

I love this song ❤
THE queen
This is great, can't wait to see her on the 20th in California
Sempre linda 😍😎🇧🇷
That laugh is so awesome from Siouxsie, glad to see her performing.
Great gig. Came from Dublin for it
Top Performance! And Top Video! THX.
Glad she’s back on stage ❤
Goddess!
❤
Debbie Harry (Blondie) is 77 and still performing!
Love Love Love ❤
My teenage heroine is now my golden years role model
I don't think her voice is that bad to be honest. She doesn't have the same strength in it but it still sounds like Siouxsie
❤
Soiuxsie's a smoker and through time it will have a detrimental effect on the voice as does age,, but it's great to see her back
🇧🇷❤️🎼❤️
Ouch, this is so bad. Demise of a legend. Painful to see and hear.
siouxsie in trainers! (sneakers)

@@sallylephard1923 Well then I guess your ears suck for listening.
Or you've never heard the original song. Either way You're obviously letting your emotions color your opinion.
@@sallylephard1923 i guess you didn't notice all the songs are played 300 steps downtuned as well....

maybe she doesn't feel connected to this band? idk

We'll just agree to disagree.... ❤
Exactly! Now it's just sad.....
I’ll take your seat !
If I would have turned up to watch this I would have walked straight out that singing is atrocious

Beautiful woman but voice shot
Been a fan of Siouxie for years, but I feel sad listening to this. Better to retire at the right time. I'll keep watching here early stuff.
Well, your appear to expect the same form her when she was younger and still performing all the time. She is changed and it's normal. You don't have to judge only because it's different.
She’s 65, you guys are really hard on her jeez. lol I love that Siouxsie is performing again
Read what I said, it would be better to retire before her voice deteriorated.
She shoudnt have done this tour. voice is so bad. its over for her.
i guess Robert Smith quit smoking early so he could still sing in his late 60s, some may not have been so lucky....

please my dear, stopp till you are going in a pink trackingsuit and sneakers on stage...pleeeeeease.
and thanks for that, now I'm picturing her in a bedazzled pink track suit, oi!! :-)
Mess of a recording, I did better in 1977.
This song came out in 1981, so I think your memory's going.
