Wouldn't be more optimal to target the squawk ex withthe first obsidian so you can still be at less prize cards for the counter gain? Also the extra pize of greninja does not matter since raging Bolt is mainly a two prizer deck
True, it was idd beter to not go for the 5 price turn for the game state. But Hydreigon player wanted to show off a little for the content He didn't go after the Squack because he wanted an easy target to boss KO for game later.
That active Raging Bolt had 200 damage (the dice with the 50 damage kinda blended in with the card) from Hydreigon's first attack. So it was 330 damage after Hydreigon's second attack.
The only issue Hydreigon has and that only issue is big, actually theres 2.5-3 problems. 1: Inconsitency, this deck runs as smooth as coarse peanut butter. Extra Chunky, not smooth at all. 2: The damage Numbers arent the greatest, I find the idea of using it with Binding Mochi and Pecharunt to hit the 240 bench mark to be extremely useful. And 170 on obisidian does things against lugia. 3: Tera exists, not being able to damage Benched Teras makes you such an easy target for picking. Overall I think it will flop but I think with like 1 more good energy that helps accelerate and 1 or 2 Support cards to substitute Dark Patch post rotation this deck might be a new top contendor.
there is manaphy too other than the teras, even if he can be cologned he remains a big inconvinience. For consistency, I think it can be managed while accounting for the absurd amount of energy and crispin it runs for a stage 2 deck
Only the person going first can’t attack. In this case the Hydreigon player went first so they can’t and didn’t attack. The Raging Bolt player went second so they are allowed to attack on their first turn.

If they bravery charmed It,would still be at KO range

@@PokeTownTV just get Bolt on bench and squak but anyway
@@PokeTownTVto be fair they might have briared for game if you hit squak instead of greninja
@@lukayaba4793 True, but Briar is not in this list...
Add a Briar to that Hydreigon ex deck!
13:41 that active raging bolt only had 280 damage which meant it wasn’t knocked out and had 10 hp remaining.

200 + 130, it was a knock out
@@PokeTownTVyou’re right that is near impossible to see.
@@LightningCloud224 We'll take different dices next time, sorry 😅
Dark patch 👍
How to search the ability markers used by Raging Bolt? I love it
@@kpiskaypee they are just decorative glass pebbles :p
@PokeTownTV they're pretty!

In my opinion hydreigon in the future WILL BE THE META.
Manaphy add
I thought you cant attack on your first turn
